Abstract
Description
実施の形態1に係る回転電機であるモータ100の構成について、図1および図2を用いて説明する。図1は実施の形態1に係るモータ100の回転軸に平行な面で切り取った断面図である。図2は実施の形態1に係るモータ100の回転軸に垂直な面で切り取った断面図である。

したがって、軸電圧V2は次式(2)で表される。
V2={Z(C2)/(Z(C1)+Z(C2))}×V1
={C1/(C1+C2)}×V1 ・・・(2)
実施の形態2に係るモータ300の構成について、図10および図11を用いて説明する。図10は実施の形態2に係るモータ300の回転軸に平行な面で切り取った断面図である。図11は実施の形態2に係るモータ300の回転軸に垂直な面で切り取った断面図である。
実施の形態3に係るモータ400の構成について、図12を用いて説明する。図12は実施の形態3に係るモータ400の回転軸に平行な面で切り取った断面図である。
実施の形態4に係るモータ500の構成について、図13を用いて説明する。図13は実施の形態4に係るモータ500の回転軸に平行な面で切り取った断面図である。モータ500は、実施の形態2にかかるモータ300の構成に加えて、更に冷媒路71〜77と、ポンプ61と、熱交換器62を備える。
Claims (5)
- 回転軸と、複数の磁石が埋設され、前記回転軸が固着された回転子鉄心とを有する回転子と、
前記回転子鉄心に対向して配置された固定子鉄心と、前記固定子鉄心に巻回された固定子巻線とを有する固定子と、
前記回転軸を支持する一対の第1の軸受および第2の軸受と、
前記固定子鉄心に固定され、前記第1の軸受および前記第2の軸受に接続され、前記回転子および固定子を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に接続される静電シールドと、
を備え、
前記筐体は、前記固定子鉄心に固定される円筒形状のハウジングと、前記ハウジングの一端と前記第1の軸受とを接続する第1のブラケットと、前記ハウジングの一端と前記第2の軸受とを接続する第2のブラケットと、を有し、
前記静電シールドは、第1の静電シールドおよび第2の静電シールドを有し、
前記第1の静電シールドの一端が前記第1のブラケットに接続され、前記第1の静電シールドの他端が前記固定子鉄心に接続され、
前記第2の静電シールドの一端が前記第2のブラケットに接続され、前記第2の静電シールドの他端が前記固定子鉄心に接続され、
前記第1の静電シールドおよび前記第2の静電シールドは、前記固定子が配置される空間と前記回転子が配置される空間とを連通させる複数の開口孔を有することを特徴とする回転電機。 - 前記複数の開口孔は、前記回転子の周方向に関して、前記固定子のティース部に対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記複数の開口孔は、前記回転子の周方向に関して、前記固定子のスロット部に対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記複数の開口孔は、前記回転軸の軸方向に関して、前記固定子の前記固定子巻線のコイルエンド部に対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記回転軸は冷媒が流通する第1の冷媒路を有し、前記回転子は前記冷媒が流通する第2の冷媒路を備え、
前記第1の冷媒路、前記第2の冷媒路、および前記開口孔を介して、前記固定子巻線に向けて冷媒が流通可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一つに記載の回転電機。
