Description
1.支持体上に、無機微粒子、ポリビニルアルコール、および硬膜剤を少なくとも含有するインク溶媒吸収層を有する導電性パターン形成用基材において、該インク溶媒吸収層が更に重合度が2〜20のポリグリセリンを、該インク溶媒吸収層の質量に対し7.5質量%以上30質量%以下で含有することを特徴とする導電性パターン形成用基材。
2.上記1に記載の導電性パターン形成用基材が有するインク溶媒吸収層上に、少なくとも金属超微粒子を含有するインクを付与して導電性パターンを形成する導電性部材の製造方法。
水に硝酸(2.5部)とアルミナ水和物(平均一次粒子径15nm)を添加し、のこぎり歯状ブレード型分散機を用いて、固形分濃度30質量%の無機微粒子分散液を得た。無機微粒子分散液中に分散しているアルミナ水和物の平均二次粒子径は160nmであった。この無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液1を作製した。

ポリビニルアルコール 9g
(ケン化度88%、平均重合度3,500、分子量約150,000)
ホウ酸 0.4g
ノニオン性界面活性剤 0.3g
(ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル)
水以外の成分濃度が16質量%になるように水で調整した。
塩化ナトリウム 1.0g
水 99.0g
エチレン塩化ビニル樹脂有機微粒子水分散体(濃度50質量%) 1.0g
(スミエリート1010、住友化学株式会社、平均粒子径200nm、Tg0℃)
水 99.0g
前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液2を作製した。
無機微粒子分散液(アルミナ水和物固形分として) 100g
ポリビニルアルコール 9g
(ケン化度88%、平均重合度3,500、分子量約150,000)
ホウ酸 0.4g
ノニオン性界面活性剤 0.3g
(ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル)
ジグリセリン 6.0g
(ジグリセリンS、坂本薬品工業株式会社、
グリセリン0.9質量%、ジグリセリン95.4質量%)
水以外の成分濃度が17質量%になるように水で調整した。
前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液3を作製した。
無機微粒子分散液(アルミナ水和物固形分として) 100g
ポリビニルアルコール 9g
(ケン化度88%、平均重合度3,500、分子量約150,000)
ホウ酸 0.4g
ノニオン性界面活性剤 0.3g
(ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル)
ジグリセリン 12.7g
(ジグリセリンS、坂本薬品工業株式会社、
グリセリン0.9質量%、ジグリセリン95.4質量%)
水以外の成分濃度が18質量%になるように水で調整した。
前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液4を作製した。
無機微粒子分散液(アルミナ水和物固形分として) 100g
ポリビニルアルコール 9g
(ケン化度88%、平均重合度3,500、分子量約150,000)
ホウ酸 0.4g
ノニオン性界面活性剤 0.3g
(ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル)
ジグリセリン 20.1g
(ジグリセリンS、坂本薬品工業株式会社、
グリセリン0.9質量%、ジグリセリン95.4質量%)
水以外の成分濃度が19質量%になるように水で調整した。
前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液5を作製した。

前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液6を作製した。

前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液7を作製した。

前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液8を作製した。

前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液9を作製した。

前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液10を作製した。
無機微粒子分散液(アルミナ水和物固形分として) 100g

(ポリグリセリン20PW、株式会社ダイセル、ポリグリセリン90質量%)
水以外の成分濃度が19質量%になるように水で調整した。
前記導電性パターン形成用基材1の作製に用いた無機微粒子分散液を用い、下記組成のインク溶媒吸収層塗液11を作製した。
無機微粒子分散液(アルミナ水和物固形分として) 100g
ポリビニルアルコール 9g
(ケン化度88%、平均重合度3,500、分子量約150,000)
ホウ酸 0.4g
ノニオン性界面活性剤 0.3g
(ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル)
ポリグリセリン(重合度40) 21.5g
(ポリグリセリンXPW、株式会社ダイセル、ポリグリセリン90質量%)
水以外の成分濃度が19質量%になるように水で調整した。
ピエゾ方式のインクジェットヘッドを有するインクジェットプリンタに平均一次粒子径が20nmの銀超微粒子を15質量%含有するインク(三菱製紙株式会社製、NBSIJ−MU01)を充填し、導電性パターン形成用基材1〜11、各々2枚に対し、幅4mm、長さ250mmの直線状導電性パターン25本を印刷した。印刷部分における銀超微粒子を含有するインクの1m2あたりの塗布量は約23mlであった。
上記作製した導電性部材1〜11の直線状導電性パターン50本の両端に電圧を印加し、導電性パターン表面の温度が80℃となるようにした。またこの様に電圧を印加した導電性部材1〜11は、長手方向の両端を保持し宙吊りとした。この状態で20日間維持した後、直線状導電性パターン50本の導通を測定し、50本中断線が発生した本数が0の場合を◎、1〜2本の場合を○、3〜4本の場合を△、5本以上の場合を×として、高温環境下における断線の頻度を評価した。この結果を表1に示す。
Claims (2)
- 支持体上に、無機微粒子、ポリビニルアルコール、および硬膜剤を少なくとも含有するインク溶媒吸収層を有する導電性パターン形成用基材において、該インク溶媒吸収層が更に重合度が2〜20のポリグリセリンを、該インク溶媒吸収層の質量に対し7.5質量%以上30質量%以下で含有することを特徴とする導電性パターン形成用基材。
- 前記請求項1に記載の導電性パターン形成用基材が有するインク溶媒吸収層上に、少なくとも金属超微粒子を含有するインクを付与して導電性パターンを形成する導電性部材の製造方法。
