Description
ハンドピース型高周波振動装置を用いて対象物を切削する場合、切削(手術)を行う術者は、工具12を保持部材11の先端部に取り付ける。そして、術者は、工具12により対象物である患者の組織、例えば耳内の骨を切削する前(非接触状態)に、保持部材11(工具12)を軸線方向に振動させる。
Claims (3)
- 超音波振動する振動体、及び前記振動体の駆動を制御する制御装置を有するハンドピースを備え、前記ハンドピースの先端部には複数種類の工具が取り付け可能で、前記工具を前記振動体により振動させるハンドピース型高周波振動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記工具が対象物に接触していない非接触状態では、前記非接触状態での前記工具の共振周波数に、所定周波数を加算した加算周波数で前記工具を振動させるように、前記振動体を駆動し、
前記工具により前記対象物を切削する切削状態では、前記切削状態での前記工具の共振周波数が操作者によりハンドピースに与えられる力の増加に応じて増加して前記加算周波数に近づき、前記工具の切削エネルギーが上昇するように、前記所定周波数が設定されていることを特徴とするハンドピース型高周波振動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハンドピース型高周波振動装置において、
前記共振周波数は、前記工具に応じて可変であることを特徴とするハンドピース型高周波振動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のハンドピース型高周波振動装置において、
前記所定周波数は、操作者により選択可能であることを特徴とするハンドピース型高周波振動装置。
