Claims (7)
- 経カテーテル心臓弁修復のための医療デバイスであって、
把持ピンセット(1)と、
ひだ形成ピンセット(2)とを備え、
前記把持ピンセット(1)は、弁尖周縁(3)を把持するように適用され、前記ひだ形成ピンセット(2)は、各フラップ(4、5)が実質的に三角形状を有し複数のセグメント(7〜12)により作られる2つの回転可能なフラップ(4、5)と、ひだ形成ピンセット(2)が閉構成または開構成をとることができるように、前記2つの三角形状のフラップ(4、5)がその周りで回転することができる中心軸(6)とを備え、前記各三角形の第1の側部は、主に中心軸(6)によって画成され、第2の側部(7、10)は、ピンセット(2)の近位端上に配置され、第3の側(8、11)は、ピンセット(2)の遠位端上に配置される、前記医療デバイス。 - 中心軸(6)および第3の側部(8、11)は、0°から90°の間の角度を形成する、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 角度は、15°から35°の間である、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- セグメント(7〜12)は、メッシュ(13)によって覆われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのフラップ(4、5)は、解放可能な組織固定手段のステープルを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのフラップ(4、5)は、組織切断手段を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 中心軸(6)は、ひだ形成ピンセット主軸(16)に対して回転可能にされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
