Claims (14)
- レンズ駆動機構、
前記レンズ駆動機構上に配置されたレンズユニット、
前記レンズ駆動機構を囲むハウジング、および
前記レンズ駆動機構に連結された弾性部材を含み、
前記弾性部材は、
金属ベース、
少なくとも1つの第1の金属線、および
前記金属ベースと前記レンズ駆動機構に電気的に接続された前記第1の金属線との間に配置された第1の絶縁層を含み、
前記金属ベースおよび前記第1の金属線は、同じ熱膨張係数を有するカメラモジュール。 - 前記金属ベースの厚さは、前記第1の絶縁層と前記第1の金属線の総厚を超える請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記金属ベースの厚さは、0.02mm〜0.35mmである請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記第1の金属線は、成形回路部品(molded interconnect device; MID)を用いることによって、第1の絶縁層上に形成される請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記第1の金属線は、コーティングによって前記第1の絶縁層上に形成される請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記第1の絶縁層上に形成されており互いに電気的に独立した複数の前記第1の金属線を含む請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記レンズ駆動機構は、レンズホルダを含み、前記レンズユニットは、前記レンズホルダに配置され、且つ前記弾性部材は、
第1の固定部、
前記レンズホルダに連結された第2の固定部、および
前記第1の固定部と前記第2の固定部に連結され、互いに電気的に独立した複数の前記第1の金属線が配置された弦部を含む請求項6に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 前記弾性部材は、
少なくとも1つの第2の金属線、および
前記第2の金属線と前記金属ベースとの間に配置された第2の絶縁層を更に含み、
前記金属ベースは、前記第1の絶縁層と前記第2の絶縁層の間に配置される請求項1に記載のカメラモジュール。 - 前記金属ベースの厚さは、前記第2の絶縁層と前記第2の金属線の総厚を超える請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記第2の金属線は、成形回路部品を用いることによって、前記第2の絶縁層上に形成される請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記第2の金属線は、コーティングによって前記第2の絶縁層上に形成される請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記金属ベースおよび前記第2の金属線は、同じ熱膨張係数を有する請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記第2の絶縁層上に形成されており互いに電気的に独立した複数の前記第2の金属線を含む請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 前記レンズ駆動機構は、レンズホルダを含み、前記レンズユニットは、前記レンズホルダに配置され、且つ前記弾性部材は、
第1の固定部、
前記レンズホルダに連結された第2の固定部、および
前記第1の固定部と前記第2の固定部に連結され、互いに電気的に独立した複数の前記第2の金属線が配置された弦部を含む請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
