Claims (8)
- 医学処置イベントに関連付けられるパラメータをリアルタイムに記録するモニタ除細動器であって、
コントローラと、
前記コントローラと通信する患者電極のセットを受けるコネクタを含む患者モニタリング回路であって、患者の心電図を生成し、除細動ショックが必要かを決定するよう動作可能である、患者モニタリング回路と、
前記コントローラにより制御され、前記除細動ショックを供給するよう動作可能な患者治療回路と、
バーコード画像を得るよう動作可能な光学センサと、
メモリと、
タイムスタンプされたバーコードデータへと前記バーコード画像を復号化するよう動作可能であり、前記バーコードデータ及び前記患者の心電図を含む患者記録ファイルを前記メモリに格納するよう動作可能なプロセッサとを含み、
前記患者記録ファイルが、前記除細動ショックの記録を更に有し、
前記患者モニタリング回路及び前記患者治療回路が、第1のハウジングに含まれ、前記光学センサは、第2のハウジングに含まれ、前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとの間の通信手段を更に有する、モニタ除細動器。 - 前記通信手段が、双方向性無線通信経路又は有線通信ケーブルのいずれかである、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記光学センサが、バーコードリーダーである、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記光学センサが、カメラである、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記光学センサに隣接して配置され、バーコードを照射するよう動作可能な光源を更に有する、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記光学センサが、書かれた文字の画像を得るよう更に動作可能であり、前記プロセッサは、前記書かれた文字の画像を識別データへと復号化し、前記識別データを前記患者記録ファイルに記録するよう動作可能である、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- 前記書かれた文字の画像が、運転免許証、保険証、除細動器モニタ使い捨て電極、又は薬のいずれかから得られる、請求項6に記載のモニタ除細動器。
- ディスプレイと
音声出力部とを更に有し、
前記プロセッサが、復号化が完了すると前記音声出力部での音声指示及び前記ディスプレイでの視覚的な指示を生成するよう更に動作可能である、請求項1に記載のモニタ除細動器。
