Claims (1)
- 可撓性を有するチューブと、
前記チューブを貫通し、ガイドワイヤを通過させるためのガイドワイヤ用ルーメンと、
前記チューブの遠位端に設けられ、高周波熱により組織を焼灼するための針状の電極部と、
を備え、
前記電極部の先端が、前記チューブの中心軸またはその近傍に位置し、
前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメンが、前記チューブの中心軸から外れた位置に設けられており、
前記電極部は、先端カット面を3面有し、
前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメンの遠位側開口が、前記先端カット面の2面を切り欠くように設けられた貫通孔と連通し、
前記先端カット面の残りの1面に、温度センサーが設けられている
