Claims (11)
- 1次燃料と2次燃料を用いたガスタービンエンジン(10)用の燃料ノズル(100)であって、当該燃料ノズルが、
当該燃料ノズルの長手方向軸を囲む内側環状壁(130)であって、前記長手方向軸に沿って延在する内側環状壁(130)と、
前記内側環状壁の少なくとも一部を囲む外側環状シュラウド(110)であって、前記長手方向軸に沿って延在する外側環状シュラウド(110)と、
前記内側環状壁と前記外側環状シュラウドとの間に画成される予混合チャンバ(150)と、
前記1次燃料のための複数の1次燃料噴射ポート(170)であって、前記予混合チャンバと流体連通した複数の1次燃料噴射ポート(170)と、
前記長手方向軸に沿って配置された水通路(220)と、
前記2次燃料を噴霧化するための2次燃料蒸発器システムであって、前記内側環状壁内に配置された複数の噴霧器(290)を備える2次燃料蒸発器システムと
を備えており、前記複数の噴霧器(290)の各々が、前記長手方向軸から半径方向外側に延在しているとともに、前記予混合チャンバに隣接しかつ前記予混合チャンバよりも半径方向内側に位置しており、
前記水通路(220)がパイロット液体燃料通路(220)を含んでいて、該パイロット液体燃料通路(220)が、前記長手方向軸に沿ってパイロット先端(210)まで延びる、燃料ノズル(100)。 - 前記複数の1次燃料噴射ポート(170)が配置された複数のスワールベーン(160)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記複数のスワールベーン(160)が、前記予混合チャンバ(150)の周りに配置されている、請求項2に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記1次燃料が、天然ガスの流れを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記パイロット先端(210)が、その周りにパイロットスワーラ(240)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記長手方向軸に沿って延在しかつ前記複数の噴霧器(280)と流体連通した2次燃料通路(260)を更に備える、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記2次燃料が、液体燃料の流れを含む、請求項6に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記複数の噴霧器(290)の各々が、噴霧器スワーラ(300)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記噴霧器スワーラ(300)が、ステム(320)及びフランジ(330)を含む、請求項8に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記噴霧器スワーラ(300)が、複数のスロット(340)を含む、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
- 前記複数の噴霧器(290)の各々が、オリフィス(350)を備えたジャケット(310)を含んでおり、前記噴霧器スワーラ(300)が前記ジャケット(310)内に配置されており、前記ジャケットの半径方向外側端部が、前記内側環状壁(130)の半径方向外側表面と面一であり、前記噴霧器スワーラの半径方向外側端部が前記内側環状壁(130)の半径方向外側表面よりも半径方向内側に位置している、請求項8乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ノズル(100)。
