Description
<シート状物>
本発明のシート状物は、極細繊維からなる繊維質基材と、高分子弾性体とを含むシート状物において、前記高分子弾性体が紫外線吸収剤と共有結合により結合しており、前記高分子弾性体同士が共有結合により結合しており、フォギング特性が85%以上で、かつ、マーチンデール摩耗試験2万回における摩耗減量が10mg以下である。なお、本明細書において、極細繊維からなる繊維質基材をシートと記載する場合がある。
<シート状物の製造方法>
次に、本発明のシート状物の製造方法について説明する。
(1)耐光堅牢度(グレースケール値):
キセノンランプによる促進耐光性試験方法により評価した。
放射強度:48〜162W/m(300〜400nmの範囲)
放射照度比率:320nm以下を300〜400nmの範囲で1.5%未満として、変退色用グレースケール(JIS L0804)で判定した。
(2)フォギング特性:
直径80cmのサンプルを3枚採取した。ガラス霞み促進試験装置(ウインドウスクリーンフォギングテスター WF−2、スガ社製)で、100℃×20時間加熱してフォギングテストを行った。次に、フォギングテスト後のガラスプレート(110mm×110mmの正方形状、厚さ3mm)の反射率を、ハロゲンランプを光源とする変角光沢計(スガ社製;UGV−5)で測定した。測定角(入射角及び受光角)は60度で、サンプルを90度ずつ回転させて、1つのサンプルにつき4回(90度の4回で360度分)測定し、得られた各データR1、R2、R3、R4として、次式によりフォギングテスト後の反射率Rを算出した。
フォギング特性は、このR値と下記R0の値から下記式により求めた。
すなわち、ここで、R1、R2、R3、R4はフォギングテスト後のガラスプレートの反射率(%)であり、RはR1、R2、R3、R4の平均値であり、R0はフォギングテスト前のガラスプレートの反射率(%)である。n数を3(サンプル3枚)として平均値を算出し小数点以下は四捨五入した。
(3)ピリング評価:
マーチンデール摩耗評価(耐久性評価)を行った。マーチンデール摩耗試験機として、James H.Heal&Co.製のModel 406を用いた。また、標準摩擦布として同社のABRASTIVE CLOTH SM25を用いた。シート状物試料に12kPa相当の荷重をかけ、摩耗回数20,000回の条件で摩擦させた後のシート状物の外観を目視で観察し、評価した。評価基準は、シート状物の外観が摩擦前と全く変化が無かったものを5級とし、毛玉が多数発生したものを1級とし、その間を0.5級ずつに区切った。4級〜5級を合格とした。
(4)摩耗減量
前述のピリング評価と同様の操作を行い、摩擦前後の重量を用いて、下記の式、
摩耗減量(mg)= 摩擦前の重量(mg) − 摩擦後の重量(mg)
により、摩耗減量(mg)を算出した。
(5)風合い
健康な成人男性と成人女性各10名ずつ、計20名を評価者として、下記の評価を触感で判別を行い、最も多かった評価を風合いとした。本発明の良好なレベルは「◎または○」とした。

<実施例1>
[ポリウレタンの種類]
有機溶剤系ポリウレタンI(PU−I)の組成
ポリイソシアネート:MDI
ポリオール :PTMG 70%、PCL 30%
鎖伸長剤 :EG
[シート状物の製造]
島成分としてPETを、また海成分としてポリスチレンを用い、島数が36島の海島型複合用口金を用いて、島/海質量比率55/45で溶融紡糸した後、延伸、捲縮後、51mmにカットし、単繊維繊度3.1dtexの海島型複合繊維の原綿を得た。
架橋剤に日本触媒(株)製のアジリジン系架橋剤“ケミタイト”を用い、PVAおよびDMFを熱水で除去した後の、加熱温度を80℃としたこと以外は実施例1と同様に処理し、シート状物を得た。
<実施例3>
PVAおよびDMFを熱水で除去した後の、加熱温度を200℃としたこと以外は実施例1と同様の処理を行い、シート状物を得た。
<実施例4>
紫外線吸収剤にベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤であるCHIMASSORB 81(BASF製)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様に処理し、シート状物を得た。
<比較例1>
架橋剤を添加しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様の処理を行い、シート状物を得た。
紫外線吸収剤を添加しなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様の処理を行い、シート状物を得た。
<比較例3>
PVAおよびDMFを熱水で除去した後の、熱風乾燥条件を210℃、10分間としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の処理を行い、シート状物を得た。
<比較例4>
PVAおよびDMFを熱水で除去した後の、熱風乾燥条件を50℃、10分間としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の処理を行い、シート状物を得た。
<比較例5>
ポリウレタン含浸時に紫外線吸収剤を添加せず、染色後に紫外線吸収剤を添加したこと以外は実施例1と同様の処理を行い、シート状物を得た。
Claims (2)
- 極細繊維からなる繊維質基材と、高分子弾性体とを含むシート状物において、前記高分子弾性体が紫外線吸収剤と共有結合により結合しており、前記高分子弾性体同士が共有結合により結合しており、前記高分子弾性体が紫外線吸収剤と2官能性以上の化合物を介して共有結合により結合しており、前記高分子弾性体同士が2官能性以上の化合物を介して共有結合により結合しており、フォギング特性が85%以上で、かつ、マーチンデール摩耗試験2万回における摩耗減量が10mg以下である、シート状物。
- 極細繊維からなる繊維質基材と、高分子弾性体とを含むシート状物の製造方法において、極細繊維からなる繊維質基材に高分子弾性体と紫外線吸収剤と2官能性以上の化合物とを付与した後に80℃〜200℃で加熱する工程を含む、シート状物の製造方法。
