Description
2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられ、単独あるいは2種類以上を組み合わせて使用できる。これらの中では低Tg化及び材料入手性の点で、炭素数8で分岐構造の2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートが好ましい。
(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)として、2エチルヘキシルアクリレートと2ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートの共重合体にイソシアナトエチルメタクリレートを反応させたMA−16−a(商品名:根上工業社製、Mw724,000、Mw/Mn=3.81、二重結合当量4000、Tg−60℃、固形分42%酢酸エチル希釈)を、多官能モノマー(B)としてDPHA(商品名:日本化薬社製、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート)を、可塑剤(C)としてDOS(商品名:豊国製油社製、セバシン酸ビス(2−エチルヘキシル))を、光開始剤(D)としてIrgacure127およびLucirinTPO(商品名:BASFジャパン社製)を表1記載の配合量添加し、その後組成物の固形分が約45%となる様に酢酸エチルを加えて均一に溶解するまで撹拌し、更に二次希釈として酢酸エチルとシクロヘキサノンの1:1の混合溶媒を固形分が約25%となる様に追加して均一になるまで撹拌し、実施例1〜5の粘着剤樹脂組成物を調製した。
実施例1で用いた材料の他、単官能アクリレートとしてLA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、ラウリルアクリレート)およびIBXA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、イソボルニルアクリレート)を表1記載の配合量添加し、その後組成物の固形分が約45%となる様に酢酸エチルを加えて均一に溶解するまで撹拌し、更に二次希釈として酢酸エチルとシクロヘキサノンの1:1の混合溶媒を固形分が約25%となる様に追加して均一になるまで撹拌し、比較例1〜4の粘着剤樹脂組成物を調整した。
フュージョンUVシステムズジャパン製の無電極UV照射装置F300S/LC−6Bを用い、窒素パージ条件下で、Hバルブにて出力600mW/cm2、積算光量200mJ/cm2とした。
厚さ125μmのPETフィルムE5001(商品名:東洋紡社製、易接着処理なし)に、硬化後の厚みが8〜12μmとなるよう粘着剤樹脂組成物を塗布し、80℃の熱風乾燥炉で1分乾燥後、上記硬化条件で硬化させ評価サンプルとした。
厚さ100μmのPETフィルムE4300(商品名:東洋紡社製、両面易接着処理あり)に、硬化後の厚みが2〜5μmとなるようハードコート樹脂Z−772UH(商品名:アイカ工業社製、固形分30%)を塗布し、80℃の熱風乾燥炉で1分乾燥後、上記硬化条件で硬化させ評価サンプルとした。

Claims (4)
- 水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートと置換基が炭素数2〜8の直鎖または分岐(メタ)アクリレートとからなる共重合体主鎖に、該水酸基と反応するイソシアネート基を有する(メタ)アクリレートモノマーを反応させ側鎖に(メタ)アクリロイル基を導入した(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)と、多官能(メタ)アクリレート(B)と、直鎖アルキルジカルボン酸エステル(C)と、開始剤(D)と、を含み、前記(C)の固形分全量に対する配合量が2〜12重量%であることを特徴とする光硬化型粘着剤組成物。
- 前記多官能(メタ)アクリレート(B)の配合量が、前記(A)100重量部に対して5〜25重量部である請求項1記載の光硬化型粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル系ポリマー(A)の固形分全量に対する配合量が70〜90重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2いずれか記載の光硬化型粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(A)の重量平均分子量が500,000〜1,500,000であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか記載の光硬化型粘着剤組成物。
