Description
請求項2記載のトルクロッドによれば、外側部材は、軸方向端面から軸方向に凹む肉抜き溝を備える。溝部は、肉抜き溝よりも径方向内側に配置されているので、請求項1の効果に加え、肉抜き溝により外側部材を軽量化しつつ、溝部により外側部材の変形を抑制できる効果がある。

Claims (6)
- 軸方向端面を有する筒状の外側部材と、前記外側部材の内周側に配置される軸状の内側部材と、前記内側部材の外周面と前記外側部材の内周面とに加硫接着されるゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体と、を有する第1防振装置と、
2部材間をゴム状弾性体で連結した第2防振装置に連結される、前記外側部材との一体成形品である連結部材とを備え、
前記外側部材は、軸方向両側の前記軸方向端面それぞれから軸方向に凹む溝部を備え、
前記溝部は、全周に亘って連続することを特徴とするトルクロッド。 - 前記外側部材は、前記軸方向端面から軸方向に凹む肉抜き溝を備え、
前記溝部は、前記肉抜き溝よりも径方向内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトルクロッド。 - 軸方向端面を有する筒状の外側部材と、前記外側部材の内周側に配置される軸状の内側部材と、前記内側部材の外周面と前記外側部材の内周面とに加硫接着されるゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体と、を有する第1防振装置と、
2部材間をゴム状弾性体で連結した第2防振装置に連結される、前記外側部材との一体成形品である連結部材とを備え、
前記外側部材は、軸方向両側の前記軸方向端面それぞれから軸方向に突出する突起を備え、
前記突起は、全周に亘って連続することを特徴とするトルクロッド。 - 前記外側部材は、前記軸方向端面から軸方向に凹む肉抜き溝を備え、
前記突起は、前記肉抜き溝よりも径方向内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のトルクロッド。 - 筒状の外側部材の内周面と前記外側部材の内周側に配置される軸状の内側部材の外周面とをゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体で連結した第1防振装置と、2部材間をゴム状弾性体で連結した第2防振装置に連結される、前記外側部材との一体成形品である連結部材と、を備えるトルクロッドを製造するトルクロッドの製造方法において、
前記内側部材を金型内に固定すると共に、前記外側部材の軸方向端面をそれぞれ前記金型の接触面で挟んで前記外側部材を前記金型内に固定する保持工程と、
前記保持工程で前記内側部材および前記外側部材が固定された前記金型のキャビティ内へゴム状弾性体を注入して加硫成形することで、前記内側部材の外周面と前記外側部材の内周面とを連結する前記防振基体を成形する加硫工程とを備え、
前記外側部材の軸方向両側のそれぞれにおいて、互いに対向する前記軸方向端面または前記接触面の一方は、前記軸方向端面または前記接触面の他方に向かって突出すると共に、全周に亘って連続する突起を備えることを特徴とするトルクロッドの製造方法。 - 前記軸方向端面または前記接触面の他方は、前記突起が嵌まる溝部を備え、
前記外側部材は、前記軸方向端面から軸方向に凹む肉抜き溝を備え、
前記軸方向端面に設けられた前記突起または前記溝部は、前記肉抜き溝よりも径方向内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のトルクロッド。
