Description
The present invention relates to a cushion arrangement structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cushion arrangement structure that has a comfortable feeling of use and has a small burden on the body even when used for a long time.
Conventionally, a cushion material arranged on a seat surface or a backrest has been used in order to obtain a comfortable sitting feeling when sitting on a chair or sofa. The cushion material to be placed on the seat surface of a chair is generally formed by filling a bag-shaped cover body made of cloth or the like with an elastic material such as cotton, feathers or a resin sponge. Has been done.
Further, in recent years, a cushion material called a high-resilience cushion and a low-resilience cushion having characteristics of deformation and restoration characteristics with respect to pressure by using polyurethane foam having adjusted elasticity and density have been widely used.
Of course, such cushioning materials are formed for a comfortable sitting comfort, and various studies have been made on the materials and shapes of such cushioning materials in order to increase their added value.
Under these circumstances, there is a cushioning material that attempts to provide a comfortable cushioning property and excellent durability by preventing damage to the core material. For example, the cushioning material described in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. ing.
Here, in Patent Document 1, a plate-shaped core material which is harder than the soft urethane foam and has a density of 20 kg / m 3 or more and 40 kg / m 3 or less is arranged inside the soft urethane foam. A structure in which the core material is housed in a stretchable net bag 7 in which a net made of elastically stretchable wire is in the shape of a bag, built inside the soft urethane foam, and the soft urethane foam is laminated on both sides of the core material. Cushion material is described.
Here, in the conventional cushioning material including the cushioning material described in Patent Document 1, a structure is adopted in which a plurality of stages of elastic materials are laminated in a flat stack to improve the cushioning property. On the seating surface of the cushioning material when viewed, there is no difference in material or shape for each region, and the same cushioning property (repulsive force) is exhibited in all regions.
That is, no matter which region on the seat surface the pressure is applied, there is no difference in the dispersibility of the pressure exhibited by the cushion material, and the same behavior is exhibited. In order to enhance the comfort when using the cushion material, there is ample room to improve the sitting comfort by devising the dispersibility of pressure and to make the burden less felt when used for a long time.
In particular, when the cushion material is used for a long time, for example, when the cushion material is arranged on the seat surface of a chair in a beauty salon or a wheelchair, it is important to efficiently disperse the weight of the user.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cushion arrangement structure having a comfortable feeling of use and less burden on the body even when used for a long time.
In order to achieve the above object, the cushioning material of the present invention has a substantially rectangular first member having a predetermined thickness and a substantially rectangular shape connected to substantially an end portion of one end surface of the first member. The second member and the second member on one end surface of the first member are provided in series at substantially parallel to the second member at substantially the end on the side facing the side in which the second member is connected. A substantially rectangular third member and one end face side of the first member, and sandwiched between the second member and the third member, the first member, the first member. It is connected to the second member and the third member, and the hardness at 40% compression is higher than the hardness at 40% compression of the first member, the second member, and the third member. It also includes a small, substantially rectangular fourth member.
Here, the first member having a substantially rectangular shape, the second member having a substantially rectangular shape connected to the end face of one end face of the first member, and the second member having a substantially rectangular shape at one end face of the first member. A substantially U-shaped shape is formed by a substantially rectangular third member connected substantially parallel to the second member at a substantially end portion on the side facing the side in which the members are continuously provided. That is, the second member and the third member extend from both ends of one end face of the substantially rectangular first member, and a substantially U-shaped region is formed in the cushion material. This substantially U-shaped region is, for example, a portion that supports the user's ischium or the bottom surface side of the femur.
Further, the fourth member has a substantially rectangular shape, is arranged on one end face side of the first member and is sandwiched between the second member and the third member, and the first member, By being connected to the second member and the third member, the fourth member fills and integrates a region surrounded by a substantially U shape formed by the first to third members. It constitutes a cushioning material. The area of this fourth member is, for example, a portion that supports the sacrum and coccyx of the user when the user sits on the cushion material.
Further, the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is smaller than the hardness of the first member, the second member, and the third member at 40% compression, so that the weight of the user is increased. The pressure based on the pressure is not concentrated on a specific area of the cushioning material, and the pressure is easily dispersed. It is presumed that this is because the soft fourth member is deformed under pressure and the harder first to third members around it support the user's buttocks. In addition, since the soft fourth member supports the sacrum and coccyx, the pelvis tilts backward and sits on a chair with the sacrum and coccyx, which is a so-called "sacral sitting", which puts a burden on the user. The structure makes it easy to relieve pain even when sitting.
The hardness at 40% compression referred to here means a value (N) calculated based on the hardness at 40% compression measured by a method according to the hardness test specified in the JISK6400-2A method.
The details of the test will be described later.
Further, since the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is smaller than the hardness of the first member at 40% compression, it becomes easier for the user to sit deeply on the fourth member side. In addition, since the lower part of the femur is supported by the harder first member, the sitting posture is easily stabilized. In addition, since the femur and thigh, which are more resistant to load than the buttocks, are more likely to receive weight, the structure can be made so that the user does not feel the load. Further, when the user stands up, a load is applied to the first member, but since the first member is harder, the rising operation becomes easier.
Further, when the hardness of the first member, the second member and the third member at 40% compression is substantially the same, the seating comfort of the substantially U-shaped portion is made uniform and it is easy to sit. Can be improved.
Further, the hardness of the first member, the second member and the third member at 40% compression is substantially the same, and the first member, the second member and the third member are the fourth member. When the hardness at 40% compression is 1.1 to 3.0 times the hardness at 40% compression, the pressure based on the weight of the user is more easily dispersed in the cushion material. Become.
Here, when the first member, the second member, and the third member have a hardness at 40% compression, which is less than 1.1 times the hardness at 40% compression of the fourth member, , The difference in hardness between the fourth member and the first to third members is too small, and the pressure applied to the cushion may not be efficiently dispersed. Further, when the first member, the second member and the third member have a hardness at 40% compression exceeding 3.0 times the hardness at 40% compression of the fourth member, The difference in hardness between the fourth member and the first to third members becomes too large, which may cause discomfort when sitting.
Further, when the first member, the second member, and the third member have a hardness at 40% compression, which is 1.6 to 2.0 times the hardness at 40% compression of the fourth member. In addition, the hardness balance between the fourth member and the first to third members becomes appropriate, and the pressure based on the weight of the user is further easily dispersed in the cushion material.
Further, the hardness of the first member, the second member and the third member at 40% compression is substantially the same, and the numerical value is in the range of 140 to 240N, and the fourth member at 40% compression. When the hardness of is in the range of 80 to 120 N, the balance of hardness between the fourth member and the first to third members, and each member includes the user's buttocks, pelvis, sacrum, coccyx, etc. The hardness at the time of contact is just right, and the usability can be improved. In addition, the pressure based on the weight of the user is easily dispersed in the cushion material.
Here, when the hardness of the first member, the second member, and the third member at 40% compression is substantially the same and the value is less than 140 N, the first to third members are used. It may become too soft and it may be difficult to improve the usability. Further, the difference in hardness between the fourth member and the first to third members is too small, and the pressure applied to the cushion may not be efficiently dispersed. Further, when the hardness of the first member, the second member and the third member at 40% compression is substantially the same and the value exceeds 240 N, the first to third members become hard. Too much may cause discomfort when sitting. In addition, the balance with the fourth member is lost, and the usability is deteriorated from this point as well.
Further, if the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is less than 80 N, it becomes too soft, causing discomfort when sitting, and further, the fourth member is crushed by pressure. There is a risk of bottoming out with the seating surface of a chair or the like. In addition, the balance between the first to third members is lost, and the usability is deteriorated from this point as well. On the other hand, if the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression exceeds 120 N, it may become too hard and it may be difficult to improve the usability. Further, the difference in hardness between the fourth member and the first to third members is too small, and the pressure applied to the cushion may not be efficiently dispersed.
Further, the hardness of the first member, the second member and the third member at 40% compression is in the range of 160 to 170 N, and the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is 90 to 100 N. When it is within the range, the balance of hardness between the fourth member and the first to third members, and the hardness when the user's buttocks, pelvis, sacrum, coccyx, etc. come into contact with each member are , It becomes more appropriate and the usability can be improved. In addition, the pressure based on the weight of the user is more easily dispersed in the cushion material.
Further, when the compression restoration rate of the first member, the second member, the third member, and the fourth member is 90% or more when the compression rate is 75%, the first member to the fourth member The members of the above have sufficient durability.
The compression recovery rate referred to here is a value (100 (%) -compression residual strain) calculated based on the value (%) of the compression residual strain measured by a method according to the compression residual strain test specified in the JISK6400-4B method. Value (%)). The details of the test will be described later.
Further, the ratio of the lengths of the second member, the third member and the fourth member along one surface of the first member is in the range of 1: 1.5 to 1.7: 1. In the case, the balance of the lengths of the second member, the third member and the fourth member, that is, the range of the hard region and the soft region of the cushion material along the width direction of the user's pelvis is well-balanced. It becomes a thing. In the above balance, the width of the soft fourth member is larger than the width of the second member and the third member, the user's ischium and coccyx fall within the range of the fourth member, and the second member. And the third member has a structure that easily supports the ischium. As a result, the pressure based on the weight of the user becomes more easily dispersed in the cushion material. In addition, the usability can be improved.
Here, when the ratio of the lengths of the second member, the third member, and the fourth member along one surface of the first member is in the range of less than 1: 1.5, The range of the fourth member is narrowed, and the sacrum may be located between the second member and the fourth member, or between the third member and the fourth member. Along with this, the feeling of different hardness is transmitted to the sacrum, which makes the feeling of use worse and makes it easier for the load to be applied. Further, it is used when the ratio of the lengths of the second member, the third member and the fourth member along one surface of the first member is in the range of more than 1: 1.7. Not only the sacrum of the person but also the ischium may be contained within the range of the fourth member, and at this time, the pressure based on the weight of the user becomes difficult to disperse. Further, the fourth member may be crushed by the pressure, and a feeling of bottoming out with the seating surface of a chair or the like may occur.
Further, in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction along one surface of the first member, the first member and the second member, the first member and the third member, the first member and the fourth member When the length ratios are all in the range of 1: 1.5 to 2.0, the range of the second to fourth members that mainly support the user's buttocks and the femur mainly. The balance is good in the range of the first member that supports the bottom of the. As a result, the sitting posture becomes more stable, and the structure can be made so that the user does not feel the load. The direction substantially orthogonal to the direction along one surface of the first member referred to here is when the cushion material is arranged so that the first member is located at the front portion of the seat surface of the chair. It means the direction corresponding to the front-back direction of the seat surface of the chair.
Here, in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction along one surface of the first member, the first member and the second member, the first member and the third member, the first member and the fourth member. When the ratio of the lengths of the members is in the range of less than 1: 1.5, the lengths of the second to fourth members in the front-rear direction of the seat surface of the chair become too short, for example. The user's buttocks shift to the other surface side (front side of the cushion material) of the first member, and accordingly, the range in which the first member supports the bottom of the femur becomes narrower and hangs on the pelvis side. The load may increase. Further, in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction along one surface of the first member, the first member and the second member, the first member and the third member, the first member and the fourth member When the ratio of the lengths of the chairs is in the range of more than 1: 2.0, the lengths of the second to fourth members in the front-rear direction of the seating surface of the chair become too long, and it is rather difficult to sit down. turn into.
Further, when the length of the fourth member along one surface of the first member is 20 cm or more, the sacrum of the user should be sufficiently accommodated in the width direction of the fourth member regardless of gender. Can be done. As a result, the structure is such that the sacrum and coccyx can be easily supported by the soft fourth member. The average width of the sacrum is said to be about 15 cm in elasticity and about 12 cm in women, and if the length of the fourth member along one surface of the first member is 20 cm or more, The length can be sufficiently longer than the average value for men and women.
Further, when the thicknesses of the first member, the second member and the third member are substantially the same and the thickness of the fourth member is smaller than the thickness of the first member, the user sits on the cushion material. At that time, the weight of the user can easily be applied to the range of the fourth member, and it becomes easy to sit deeply. Along with this, it becomes easier to support the sacrum and coccyx with the fourth member. In addition, by sitting deeply, the pressure based on the weight of the user is more easily dispersed in the cushion material.
Further, when the thicknesses of the first member, the second member, the third member and the fourth member are substantially the same, the pressure of a heavy user can be easily dispersed. That is, for example, even if a heavy person (80 kg or more) applies pressure to the fourth member, the fourth member is not completely crushed and is subjected to pressure by the surrounding first to third members. The structure makes it possible to disperse the same pressure among the members.
Further, in order to achieve the above object, the cushion arrangement structure of the present invention is a cushion arrangement structure in which a cushion material is arranged on the same seat surface and the same backrest of a chair having a seat surface and a backrest, and the cushion material is a cushion material. A substantially rectangular first member having a predetermined thickness, a substantially rectangular second member connected to approximately the end of one end face of the first member, and one end face of the first member. One of a substantially rectangular third member and one of the first members, which are connected substantially in parallel with the second member at a substantially end portion on the side facing the side where the second member is continuously provided. It is arranged on the end face side of the above and sandwiched between the second member and the third member, and is continuously provided with the first member, the second member, and the third member. It has a substantially rectangular fourth member whose hardness at 40% compression is smaller than the hardness at 40% compression of the first member, the second member, and the third member. The cushion material is arranged on the seat surface so that the fourth member of the cushion material is located on the backrest side, and the fourth member of the cushion material is located on the seat surface side of the backrest. The cushioning material is arranged so that it is located at.
Here, the cushion material is arranged on the seat surface so that the fourth member of the cushion material is located on the backrest side, and the fourth member of the cushion material is located on the seat surface side on the backrest. By arranging the cushion material, the cushion material placed on the seat surface of the chair distributes the pressure of the user's weight applied vertically below, and the cushion material is placed on the backrest side, and is on the back side of the user. It is possible to disperse the pressure from. Further, a state in which the fourth member of the two cushion materials is located at the center of the back side of the seat surface of the chair and the center of the lower side of the backrest, respectively, and the two fourth members are arranged adjacent to or close to each other. Therefore, it becomes easy for the user to sit deeply on the chair. In addition, when the user is in a position to sit straight with his / her back straight, the part extending from the center to the upper part of the back can be supported by the harder first member of the cushion material arranged on the backrest side. , It becomes easier to maintain the posture.
Further, in order to achieve the above object, the cushion arrangement structure of the present invention is a cushion arrangement structure in which a cushion material is arranged on the seat surface and the backrest of a chair having a seat surface and a backrest, and the cushion material is a cushion material. The cushion material is arranged so as to be located on the opposite side to the above.
Here, the cushion material is arranged on the seat surface so that the fourth member of the cushion material is located on the backrest side, and on the backrest, the fourth member of the cushion material is on the side opposite to the seat surface side. By arranging the cushion material so that it is positioned, the cushion material placed on the seat surface of the chair is used as the cushion material placed on the backrest side while distributing the pressure of the user's weight applied vertically below. It is possible to disperse the pressure from the back side of the person. Further, the first member of the cushion material arranged on the backrest side is located at the center of the lower side of the backrest. As a result, when the user sits in a rounded back posture, the portion extending from the lower part of the back to the waist can be supported by the harder first member of the cushioning material arranged on the backrest side. Therefore, the load applied to the same part can be reduced.
The cushion arrangement structure according to the present invention has a comfortable feeling of use and is less burdensome to the body even when used for a long time.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings for the purpose of understanding the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a cushion material to which the present invention is applied. FIG. 2 is a rear view, a plan view, and a side view of the cushion material shown in FIG. The structure shown below is an example of the present invention, and the content of the present invention is not limited thereto.
[First Embodiment]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cushion A, which is an example of the cushion material to which the present invention is applied, has a substantially rectangular first member 1, a substantially rectangular second member 2, and a substantially rectangular third member. 3 and a substantially rectangular fourth member 4. The joint surfaces of the members are bonded together with an adhesive, and the four members are integrated to form one cushion A of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped.
In the following, with reference to the cushion A shown in FIG. 1, the position of the first member 1 as seen from the fourth member 4 is defined as "front" or "front", and the fourth member as seen from the first member 1. The position of the member 4 of the above is "rear" or "rear". Further, the position of the second member 2 as seen from the fourth member 4 is "left" or "left direction", and the position of the third member 3 as seen from the fourth member 4 is "right" or "right direction". ". Further, with reference to the cushion A shown in FIG. 1, the surface having the recessed region (the region having a difference from the first to third members) of the fourth member is referred to as "upper" and "upper surface" as described later. Alternatively, as the "seat surface", the surface opposite to the surface having the recessed region of the fourth member is defined as "lower", "lower surface", or "bottom surface".
The cushion A is formed so that the seat surface width (the length of the first member 2 in the longitudinal direction) is 450 mm and the length in the front-rear direction is 420 mm. The first member 1 has a width of 150 mm, a length of 450 mm, and a thickness of 35 mm. The second member 2 and the third member 3 have a width of 125 mm, a length of 270 mm, and a thickness of 35 mm. The fourth member 4 has a width of 200 mm, a length of 270 mm, and a thickness of 30 mm.
The width and length of each member constituting the cushion A are expressed as a ratio as follows.
(Cushion A seat width)
Width of second member 2: Width of fourth member: Width of third member = 1: 1.6: 1
(Length of cushion A in the front-back direction)
Width of the first member 1: Length of the second member 2 = 1: 1.8
The length of the second member 2 corresponds to the length of the third member 3 and the fourth member 4.
Further, the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member have a hardness of 165 N at the time of 40% compression, and a compression restoration rate of 91.7% at a compression rate of 75%. There is. The fourth member has a hardness of 98 N when compressed at 40% and a compression restoration rate of 92.9% when the compression rate is 75%. The hardness value (N) and the compression restoration rate (%) at the time of 40% compression referred to here are the values measured by the method described in Examples described later.
The relationship between the hardness of each member constituting the cushion A at 40% compression is as follows.
The hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is 1.68 times the hardness of the first member 1 at 40% compression.
The hardness of the first member 1 at 40% compression corresponds to the hardness of the third member 3 and the fourth member 4 at 40% compression.
Further, the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 are made of the same material. Further, the fourth member is made of the same kind of material having different hardness and compression restoration rate from the first member 1 and the like. As the material here, for example, a known resin material whose hardness and density can be adjusted can be used. As an example of the material, a material classified into foamed plastic such as polyurethane foam, polyester foam, and polyethylene foam is preferably used. Further, for example, using breath air (registered trademark: manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) using a thermoplastic polyester elastomer as a main raw material, the first to third members having a hardness at 40% compression and the first to third members having a hardness at 40% compression and 40% compression It is also possible to form a fourth member having a soft hardness.
Here, the size of the cushion A is not necessarily limited to the seat width of 450 mm and the length of the cushion A in the front-rear direction of 420 mm, and the setting can be changed as appropriate. However, the size of the cushion A should be set before and after the above-mentioned numerical value from the viewpoint that it can be easily placed on the seat surface of a general chair and the user's buttocks can be sufficiently placed. Is preferable.
Further, the width of the fourth member does not necessarily have to be limited to 200 mm. However, in consideration of the average ischial width of men and women (110 mm to 130 mm), the ischium should be sufficiently within the width of the fourth member, and the pressure of the sacrum and coccyx should be reduced to facilitate support. From the point of view, the width of the fourth member is preferably set to about 200 mm. Further, considering the size of the seating surface width of the cushion A and the balance of the widths of the second member 2 and the third member, the width of the fourth member is more preferably about 200 mm.
Further, in the seat width of the cushion A, the ratio of the width of the second member 2, the width of the fourth member, and the width of the third member needs to be limited to 1: 1.6: 1. Absent. However, by supporting the weight of the upper body with the user's thigh and reducing the pressure around the ischium, which is the protruding part of the bone, the balance between the hard area and the soft area of the cushioning material along the width direction of the pelvis. The width of the second member 2 in the seating surface width of the cushion A is improved because the pressure applied to the cushion A is not concentrated on the bone protrusion and is easily dispersed, and the feeling of use such as sitting comfort is improved. , The width of the fourth member and the width of the third member are preferably in the range of 1: 1.5 to 1.7: 1, and the ratio is 1: 1.6: 1. Is even more preferable.
Further, the ratio of the width of the first member 1 to the length of the second member 2 is not necessarily limited to 1: 1.8 in the length of the cushion A in the front-rear direction. However, in the range of the second to fourth members that mainly support the buttocks of the user and the range of the first member that mainly supports the bottom of the femur, the balance is improved and the sitting posture is stable. The width of the first member 1 in the anteroposterior length of the cushion A is such that the user is less likely to feel the load on the buttocks because the pressure on the ischial portion, which is the protruding portion of the bone, is reduced. The ratio of the lengths of the second member to the second member 2 is preferably in the range of 1: 1.5 to 2.0, and more preferably the ratio is 1: 1.8.
Further, the hardness of the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member at 40% compression is 165 N, and the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is limited to 98 N. The value of the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is smaller than the value of the hardness of the first member 1, the second member 2 and the third member at 40% compression. It is important to be. However, from the viewpoint that an appropriate balance of hardness can be realized in the entire cushion A, the pressure applied to the cushion A can be easily dispersed, and the usability is improved, the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member The numerical value of the hardness of the member 3 at 40% compression is preferably in the range of 140 to 240N, and the hardness of the fourth member 4 at 40% compression is preferably in the range of 80 to 120N. Further, at the same ratio, the numerical value of the hardness of the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 at the time of 40% compression is in the range of 160 to 170 N, which is 40% of the fourth member 4. It is more preferable that the hardness at the time of compression is in the range of 80 to 120 N.
Further, the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 do not necessarily have to be formed of the same type of material having the same hardness. For example, if the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 are made of a material that is harder than the hardness of the fourth member when compressed by 40%, the space between the first and third members. Therefore, the hardness at the time of 40% compression may be different. However, the hardness of the substantially U-shaped portion of the cushion A formed by the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 is made uniform, which improves the sitting comfort and disperses the pressure. From the viewpoint of uniform condition, it is preferable that the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 are made of the same type of material having the same hardness.
Further, in relation to the hardness of the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 at the time of 40% compression, the first member 1 is the second member 2 and the third member 3. It may be an embodiment formed of a harder material. With such a structure, the first member that supports the bottom of the user's femur becomes the hardest region of the cushion. In the sitting position, the femur is rod-shaped and sideways, and since the bone does not protrude like the buttocks, it is a part where pressure is difficult to concentrate, so the first member that supports this part becomes hard, and it takes a long time. It is possible to make it difficult to feel the burden in the sitting state, and it is also possible to facilitate standing and sitting from the seating surface of the chair.
Further, in relation to the hardness of each member constituting the cushion A at 40% compression, the hardness of the fourth member 4 at 40% compression is the hardness of the first member 1 at 40% compression. It does not have to be limited to 1.68 times the hardness (hardness of the second member 2 and the third member 3 at 40% compression). However, an appropriate hardness balance is achieved between the region of the fourth member 4 that occupies the central rear portion on the seat surface and the region of the first to third members that are substantially U-shaped surrounding the three sides. The hardness of the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member 3 at 40% compression is 40% of that of the fourth member, because it can be realized and the pressure applied to the cushion A is easily dispersed. The hardness at the time of compression is preferably in the range of 1.1 to 3.0 times, and the same ratio is more preferably in the range of 1.6 to 2.0 times.
Further, the compression restoration rate of the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member when the compression rate is 75% is 91.7%, and the compression rate of the fourth member is 75%. The compression recovery rate of is not limited to 92.9%. However, from the viewpoint of imparting sufficient durability to the first member to the fourth member, the compression restoration rate of the first member to the fourth member when the compression rate is 75% may be 90% or more. preferable.
Further, the thickness of the first member 1, the second member 2, and the third member is not necessarily limited to 35 mm, and the thickness of the fourth member is not necessarily limited to 30 mm. For example, a structure in which all the first to fourth members have the same thickness, such as the cushion of the second embodiment described later, may be adopted. However, compared to the substantially U-shaped region formed by the first to third members, the weight of the user is more likely to be applied to the range of the fourth member 4, and the sacrum and coccyx are reduced in pressure by the fourth member 4. It is preferable that the thickness of the fourth member 4 is made smaller than the thickness of the first to third members from the viewpoint that the pressure applied to the cushion A is easily dispersed. Further, the thickness of each member is 20 mm or more from the viewpoint that each region is not crushed and a bottoming feeling does not occur when the entire cushion material A receives the pressure of the weight of the user. From the viewpoint of more reliably suppressing the occurrence of bottoming feeling, it is more preferable that the thickness of each member is 30 mm or more.
The cushioning material of the first embodiment as described above has a structure capable of efficiently dispersing the pressure applied by the weight of the user when the user sits on the seat surface. As a result, even when sitting for a long time, pressure and load are not concentrated on a specific area of the buttocks and legs, and the sitting comfort is improved. In addition, the structure is such that the load is not easily felt even when sitting on the cushion material for a long time.
[Second Embodiment]
The cushion, which is an example of the cushion material to which the present invention is applied, which will be described below, has the same basic structure as the cushion A of the first embodiment described above. In the following, the differences will be described, and the detailed description of the parts common to the cushion A will be omitted.
The cushion B of the second embodiment includes a substantially rectangular first member, a substantially rectangular second member, a substantially rectangular third member, and a substantially rectangular fourth member. The joint surfaces of the members are bonded together with an adhesive, and the four members are integrated to form one cushion B of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped.
Cushion B differs from cushion A in that the thickness of the first to fourth members is 50 mm, and that the first to third members and the fourth member are set to the same thickness. is there. That is, since the four members constituting the cushion B have the same thickness, there is no step on the seat surface, and the cushion B has a substantially flat seat surface.
The seat width and the length in the front-rear direction of the cushion B are the same as those of the cushion material A. Further, the width and length of each of the first to fourth members constituting the cushion B are the same as the width and length of each of the first to fourth members constituting the cushion material A.
Further, the hardness of each of the first to fourth members constituting the cushion B at 40% compression is different from the hardness of each of the first to fourth members constituting cushion A at 40% compression. There is. Specifically, each member has the hardness at 40% compression shown below.
The first member, the second member, and the third member have a hardness of 240 N when compressed at 40%. The fourth member has a hardness of 110 N when compressed at 40%. That is, the hardness of each of the first to fourth members constituting the cushion B at 40% compression is the hardness of the first to fourth members constituting the cushion A at the corresponding positions when compressed at 40%. It is made of a material that is harder than the hardness of.
In this way, by making the first to fourth members the same thickness, increasing the thickness, and forming the structure of the cushion material B in which the hardness at the time of 40% compression is hardened, a heavy user (a heavy user ( For example, a person weighing 80 kg or more) can cope with the pressure.
First, since the fourth member has the same thickness as the substantially U-shaped region (first to third members) around the fourth member, even if the pressure of the body weight is applied to the fourth member, the fourth member The area of the member is not completely crushed. Further, the hardness of the fourth member at 40% compression is softer than the hardness of the first to third members at 40% compression. As a result, the pressure can be dispersed to the surrounding substantially U-shaped region without the fourth member being crushed. In addition, the feeling of bottoming is less likely to occur. Further, the durability of the cushion is improved by increasing the hardness at the time of 40% compression as a whole.
Here, the cushion A and the cushion B described above all have a single-layer structure using one kind of material for the first member, the second member, the third member, and the fourth member. Had had. In the cushion material to which the present invention is applied, the first to fourth members do not necessarily have to have a single-layer structure using one kind of material.
For example, it is conceivable that at least one of the first to fourth members has a structure in which a plurality of types of materials are laminated in a plurality of layers of two or more layers. Further, a structure in which one type of material is laminated in a plurality of layers of two or more layers may be used. In this case, in consideration of the dispersibility of pressure in the cushion material, the hardness of the material constituting the fourth member at 40% compression is 40% of the material constituting the first to third members. It is sufficient if it is softer than the hardness at the time of compression.
Furthermore, for example, when a fourth member having a two-layer structure made of two different materials having different hardness at the time of 40% compression is adopted, 40% compression of each of the two materials constituting the fourth member is performed. It is sufficient that the hardness of the first to third members at 40% compression is harder than the hardness at the time. Examples of such a cushion include the following structures.
[Third Embodiment]
The cushion C of the third embodiment has the same basic structure as the cushion B of the second embodiment described above. As the fourth member constituting the cushion C, two different materials having different hardness at the time of 40% compression are used for the upper and lower two layers. The hardness of these two layers at 40% compression is 165 N (lower part) and 108 N (upper part), respectively. The hardness of the first to fourth members at 40% compression is 240 N.
In this way, by configuring the fourth member with two different materials with different hardness when compressed by 40%, the comfort of the cushion, the dispersibility of pressure, and the sense of stability on the seat surface of the chair are changed. Can be attached. Further, not only the fourth member but also the first member, the second member, and the third member may have a multi-layer structure formed of materials having different hardness at 40% compression. Conceivable.
[Fourth Embodiment]
Subsequently, a fourth embodiment relating to the cushion arrangement structure to which the present invention is applied will be described. The following content is a cushion arrangement structure in which the two cushions A described above are combined and the cushion A is arranged on the seat surface and the backrest of the chair. In the cushion arrangement structure shown below, the two cushions A are not necessarily used, and the types of the two cushion materials can be changed.
As shown in FIG. 3A, in the cushion arrangement structure 5, the cushion A2 is arranged on the seat surface 7 and the backrest 3 of the chair 6. Further, the cushion A1 on the seat surface side is arranged in the direction in which the fourth member 4 is located on the rear backrest side, and the cushion A2 on the backrest side is in the direction in which the fourth member 4 is located in the lower center of the backrest. It is located in.
In such a cushion arrangement structure 5, the pressure of the user's weight can be received by both the cushion A on the seat surface 7 side and the cushion A on the backrest 3 side and can be efficiently dispersed, so that the user is less likely to feel the burden. It has become. Further, the fourth member 4 of the two cushioning materials is adjacent to each other to form a substantially L-shaped region, and the user's buttocks, hips and lower back are in contact with the same portion, and the user can use the chair. It is easy to sit deeply in 6. Further, the center to the upper part of the user's back can be supported by the hard first member of the cushion A2, which makes it easier for the user to maintain a rounded back posture.
In the rounded back posture, the buttocks are slightly forward and the seating is shallow, but it is easier to support with the member 1.
[Fifth Embodiment]
In the cushion arrangement structure 9 according to the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 3B, the vertical orientation of the cushion A3 on the backrest side is changed from that of the cushion arrangement structure 5 described above. That is, the fourth member 4 of the cushion A3 is arranged so as to be located on the side opposite to the seat surface side.
In such a cushion arrangement structure 9, the pressure of the user's weight can be received by both the cushion A on the seat surface side and the backrest side and can be efficiently dispersed, and the upper back of the pelvis can be supported. It is easier for the user to support the posture with the back straight. That is, since the part extending from the lower part of the back to the waist can be supported by the harder first member 1 of the cushion material A3 arranged on the backrest side, the S-shaped curve of the spine is to firmly support the same part of the back of the waist. And can receive the S-curve of the spine in the soft part of the upper part, so the pressure and load applied to the buttocks can be reduced.
As described above, the cushion arrangement structure according to the present invention has a comfortable feeling of use and is less burdensome to the body even when used for a long time.
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described.
Using Examples and Comparative Examples of Cushion Materials to which the present invention was applied, a test evaluation on the pressure dispersion function of the cushion was performed using a pressure dispersion measuring instrument (manufactured by Takano Co., Ltd .: FSA).
(1) Example and Comparative Example The cushion A described above is referred to as Example 1.
Further, a low-resilience cushion (commercially available) having substantially the same size as cushion A (width 450 mm, length 420 mm in the front-rear direction) and having a hardness of 130 N when compressed at 40% is used in Comparative Example 1 with the same size. Comparative Example 2 is a high-resilience cushion (commercially available product) having a hardness of 155 N when compressed at 40%.
(2) Contents of test evaluation As shown in the two photographs on the left side of FIG. 4, three types of chairs were used, and each chair had a seating surface or a seating surface and a back surface of the chair in Example 1, Comparative Example 1 and a comparison. With the cushioning material of Example 2 placed, two subjects (subject A: weight about 73 kg, subject B: weight about 83 kg) are sitting on a chair (see the photograph on the right side of FIG. 4), and the pressure on the seat surface or the back surface. The status of distribution was confirmed.
As seen in the photograph on the left side of FIG. 4, there are three types of chairs, a general beauty chair, a multifunctional chair (a chair with enhanced pressure distribution of the seat surface and the back seat), and an office chair from the left side. The seat height of each chair is unified.
In addition, regarding the situation of pressure distribution, a pressure distribution measuring device (FSA) is used, and the sensor mat of the device is placed between the seat surface of the chair and the cushion, and between the backrest and the cushion of the chair, respectively, to disperse the pressure. After waiting for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until the situation became stable, the measurement data of the pressure dispersion displayed on the terminal screen was recorded in a photograph (see FIGS. 5 to 11).
Regarding the measurement data of pressure dispersion displayed on the terminal screen, the point that the pressure spreads as wide as possible, the wideness and concentration of the range where the pressure is high (the part where the color density in the photograph is dark is high) The relative changes were visually compared to confirm the quality of pressure dispersibility. In principle, the subject sits in a chair in a straight posture as shown in the photograph on the right side of FIG. 4 in the part where the posture of "round back (with the back curled up)" is not indicated.

In Test 3, each cushion was placed on the office chair and the state of pressure distribution was confirmed. FIG. 9 shows the test results of subject A, and FIG. 10 shows the test results of subject B. In the photographic drawings of FIGS. 9 and 10, the arrangement and combination of cushioning materials are as follows.
1st stage left side: Comparative Example 1 (commercially available low resilience) is arranged only on the seat surface 1st stage right side: Comparative Example 1 (commercially available low resilience) is arranged on the seat surface and back surface 2nd stage left side: Comparative Example 2 (commercially available height) Repulsion) is arranged only on the seat surface 2nd stage right side: Comparative Example 2 (commercially available high repulsion) is arranged on the seat surface and the back surface 3rd stage left side: Example 1 is arranged only on the seat surface 3rd stage right side: Example 1 On the seat surface and back surface (fourth member on the upper side of the backrest) 4th stage left side: Example 1 is arranged on the seat surface and back surface (fourth member on the lower side of the backrest) Fourth stage left side: Example 1 Placed on the seat and back (fourth member under the backrest), the subject is in a circular back posture.
It was confirmed that the cushions of Example 1 were arranged in all the chairs and all the subjects, and the pressure dispersibility was good. In particular, when the cushion A of Example 1 was arranged on the seat surface and the back surface, the result was that the pressure dispersibility was remarkably improved as compared with Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2. Further, since the orientation of the cushion A on the back surface side in Example 1 differs depending on the subject, it is better to place the cushion A so that the fourth member is located on the upper side of the backrest, when the pressure dispersion is improved and when the cushion A is under the backrest. It was divided into cases where the pressure dispersibility was improved when the fourth member was placed so as to be located on the side. Further, it was evaluated that Example 1 was superior to Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 in terms of sitting comfort of the cushion during use.
The hardness (N) and the compression restoration rate (%) at the time of 40% compression of the above-mentioned contents were determined by the following methods.
(3) Hardness at 40% compression (N)
The "hardness at 40% compression (N)" in the above-mentioned contents was measured with the following contents.
In order to obtain the hardness (N) at the time of 40% compression, the test was carried out by applying "JISK6400-2 soft foam material-physical characteristics-Part 2: hardness and compressive stress-method of determining strain characteristics" mutatis mutandis. The test environment is a room controlled so that the temperature and relative humidity are 23 ° C. and 55% RH.
The hardness test (JISK6400-2 was applied mutatis mutandis) was performed by the A method (a method of obtaining a force after 30 seconds of constant compression at 40%). The testing machine used was an AGS-10kNJ manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation with a 1kN load cell attached. As the support plate, a laminated wood having a thickness of 19 mm and a vent having a diameter of about 6 mm at intervals of about 30 mm was used. An MDF having a diameter of 200 mm was used as the pressure plate.
(4) Compression restoration rate (%)
For the "compression restoration rate (%)" in the above contents, the hardness was measured with the following contents.
In order to obtain the compression recovery rate (%), the test was carried out by applying "JISK6400-4 soft foam material-physical characteristics-Part 4: compression residual strain and repeated compression residual strain" mutatis mutandis. The test environment is the same as the measurement environment for hardness (N) at 40% compression.
The compression residual strain test (JISK6400-4 was applied mutatis mutandis) was performed by compressing to 75% by the B method (compression at standard state temperature). The compression jig was made by sandwiching a spacer made of wood of an arbitrary thickness in a laminated wood having a thickness of 19 mm. Regarding the measured value of the compression residual strain (%) at the time of 75% compression, the compression restoration rate (%) at the time of 75% compression was obtained from the following formula.
Compression restoration rate (%) = 100 (%) -75% Value of compression residual strain during compression (%)
