Claims (13)
- 加圧容器用のバルブアセンブリであって、前記加圧容器は内側に前記バルブアセンブリが配置された開放端部を有し、前記バルブアセンブリは、
a.その間に開口部と長手方向の通路を有するメカニカルシールであって、前記メカニカルシールの長手方向の通路は、内径を有し、前記加圧容器の前記開放端部と同軸であるメカニカルシールと、
b.前記メカニカルシールの長手方向通路に配置されたバルブステムであって、前記バルブステムは、
i.開放上部、
ii.閉鎖底部、
iii.少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部であって、前記少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部は、前記閉鎖底部に近接して配置され、前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部は、前記少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部と前記閉鎖底部の間に配置され、前記バルブステムの前記閉鎖底部は、前記バルブステムが閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記メカニカルシールが前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び前記少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部を、それぞれ、封止するように、前記メカニカルシールの近傍で前記メカニカルシールの長手方向通路に接触している、少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部、及び
iv.前記開放上部と前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び前記少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部の両方の間のバルブステム通路であって、前記バルブステムの長手方向の並進は、分配中に前記バルブステムが開放位置にあるとき、前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部を加圧容器に露出させ、充填時に前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び前記少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部の両方を加圧容器に露出させるバルブステム通路、を備えるバルブステムと、
c.前記バルブステムの前記上部に組み立てられたアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータは、前記バルブステムの垂直方向の移動を制限して分配中に前記第2半径方向開口部が加圧容器に露出するのを防止する前記加圧容器の前記開放端部と連動する止め具を備えるアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記メカニカルシールは、その間に封止部開口部及びグロメット長手方向通路を有する封止部を備えるグロメットを備え、前記グロメットの長手方向通路は、内径を有し、前記加圧容器の前記開放端部と同軸であり、前記グロメット封止部は、前記バルブステムが閉鎖位置にあるとき、少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部を、それぞれ封止する第1封止部及び第2封止部を備え、
前記グロメットは、前記封止部と一体のバネ部を備え、前記封止部開口部に長手方向に対向するバネ部開口部を備えるバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記バルブステムは、前記バルブステムの前記開放上部と前記閉鎖底部の間に配置された上側面及び底側面を有する第1フランジを更に備え、前記第1フランジの前記底側面は前記グロメットバネ部と圧縮可能な接触関係にあり、前記バルブステムが開放位置にあるとき、前記バルブステムの第1フランジの長手方向の並進は、前記バネ部の等価な長手方向のたわみをもたらし、前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部又は前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部及び前記少なくとも1つの第2半径方向開口部の両方を、前記加圧容器に露出させる、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記加圧容器の前記開放端部の内側に配置されたバルブカップを更に備え、前記バルブカップは、開放上部、その中に開口部を有する底部及び前記開放上部と前記底部開口部の間の長手方向通路を有し、前記グロメットは前記バルブカップ内に配置され、前記グロメット内径は前記バルブカップの長手方向通路と同軸である、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記グロメット封止部は、前記バルブカップ底部に接合されている、請求項3に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータ止め具は、前記バルブカップの前記開放上端部と連動する、請求項3に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記加圧容器は分配構造を備え、前記グロメット封止部は、前記分配構造と前記バルブカップの間に封止を提供する第3封止部を備える、請求項5に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記分配構造は、前記加圧容器の前記開放上端部の内側に配置された折り畳み可能なバッグを備え、前記折り畳み可能なバッグは、前記加圧容器の開放端部と同軸の開口ネック端部を有するネックを有する、請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記グロメットの前記第3封止部は、前記バッグの前記ネックと前記バルブカップの間に封止を提供する、請求項7に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記分配構造は、前記加圧容器の前記開放上端部の内側に配置されたディップチューブバルブを備え、前記ディップチューブバルブは、前記グロメットの前記底部の前記開口部と同軸の開放上端部を有するディップチューブバルブハウジングを備える、請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記グロメットの前記封止部は、前記ディップチューブバルブハウジングの前記開放上部と前記バルブカップの間に封止を提供する、請求項9に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記バルブステム第1フランジは、前記グロメットの長手方向通路内に前記バルブステムを保持する前記グロメットの前記バネ部を把持する前記第1フランジの前記底側面に留め金を備える、請求項2に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記グロメットの前記封止部はクレビスを備え、前記クレビスは、前記封止部開口部から半径方向外側に配置されたC字形開口部を有し、前記バルブカップ底部開口部は、前記クレビスの前記C字形開口部に挟まれている、請求項4に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記グロメット封止部開口部は、前記バルブステムが前記開放位置から前記閉鎖位置に並進するときに、前記少なくとも1つの第1半径方向開口部から残留組成物を除去するワイパブレードを備える、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
