- ヒトPD−1に結合するモノクローナル抗体であって、
PD−1結合ドメインと、IgG4重鎖エフェクター又は定常領域が配列番号85若しくは88を含むIgG4Fc領域とを含む、抗体。 - 癌若しくはウイルス感染症を有するとの判定を受けた患者における、癌又はウイルス感染症の治療に使用するための請求項1に記載の抗体。
