Claims (8)
- 第1電源を電源とする電動アクチュエータにより、パーキングロック状態から非パーキングロック状態への切換要求に従ってパーキングロック機構を前記非パーキングロック状態へ切り換え、前記切換要求に拘わらず前記電動アクチュエータにより前記パーキングロック機構が前記非パーキングロック状態へ切り換えられない場合には前記電動アクチュエータが故障状態にあると判定する車両のパーキングロック制御装置であって、
車両位置の路面の勾配および前記第1電源の出力電圧が予め設定されたパーキングロック解除不可領域内にあるか否かを判定するパーキングロック解除不可領域判定部と、
前記パーキングロック解除不可領域判定部により前記車両位置の路面の勾配および前記第1電源の出力電圧が前記パーキングロック解除不可領域内であると判定された場合には、前記切換要求を却下するパーキングロック解除要求却下部とを含む

ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。 - 前記パーキングロック解除不可領域は、前記第1電源の出力電圧を表す軸と前記路面の勾配を表す軸との二次元座標内において、前記第1電源の出力電圧が増加するのに伴って前記路面の勾配が増加するように設定された路面勾配境界線よりも路面の勾配が大きく、且つ、前記第1電源の出力電圧が所定の電圧値を示すように設定された電圧境界線よりも前記第1電源の出力電圧が低い領域である、または、前記路面の勾配が増加するのに伴って前記第1電源の出力電圧が増加するように設定された電圧勾配境界線よりも前記第1電源の出力電圧が低く、且つ、前記電圧境界線よりも前記第1電源の出力電圧が低い領域である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。 - 前記第1電源は、第1蓄電池であり、
前記車両には、前記第1蓄電池よりも高電圧の第2蓄電池が第2電源として備えられるとともに、車両走行が可能な電源状態では前記第2蓄電池の出力電圧から前記第1蓄電池の充電電圧へ降圧する直流電圧変換器が備えられており、
前記第1蓄電池の出力電圧が前記電圧境界線より高い領域は、前記第2蓄電池の出力電圧から前記直流電圧変換器により降圧された充電電圧により充電された前記第1蓄電池の電圧領域である
ことを特徴とする請求項3の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。 - 前記第1電源は、第1蓄電池であり、
前記車両には、前記第1蓄電池よりも高電圧の第2蓄電池が第2電源として備えられるとともに、車両走行が可能な電源状態では前記第2蓄電池の出力電圧から前記第1蓄電池の充電電圧へ降圧する直流電圧変換器が備えられており、
前記切換要求却下報知部は、前記車両走行が可能な電源状態への切換えを促す報知を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。 - 前記第1電源は、第1蓄電池であり、
前記車両には、エンジンにより回転駆動される発電機が備えられており、
前記第1蓄電池の出力電圧が前記電圧境界線より高い領域は、前記発電機により充電された前記第1蓄電池の電圧領域である
ことを特徴とする請求項3の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。 - 前記第1電源は、第1蓄電池であり、
前記車両には、エンジンにより回転駆動される発電機が備えられており、
前記切換要求却下報知部は、前記エンジンの始動を促す報知を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。 - 前記車両位置の路面の勾配を検出する路面勾配検出手段を備え、
前記パーキングロック解除要求却下部は、前記路面勾配検出手段で検出した路面の勾配値の異常時、または前記路面勾配検出手段の異常時には、前記パーキングロック解除不可領域判定部により前記車両位置の路面の勾配および前記第1蓄電池の出力電圧が前記パーキングロック解除不可領域内であると判定されても、前記切換要求を却下しない
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1の車両用パーキングロック制御装置。
