Description
Claims (5)
- 螺旋状のコイルを構成するコイル導体と絶縁体層とが積層されてなる積層体を備えた積層コイル部品の製造方法であって、
前記絶縁体層となるグリーンシート上に、前記コイル導体となる導体パターンを設ける工程と、
前記導体パターンが設けられた複数の前記グリーンシートを積層する工程と、を含み、
前記導体パターンは、前記グリーンシートの積層方向に直交する直交方向において互いに対向する一対の第一側面を有し、
複数の前記グリーンシートを積層する工程では、前記一対の第一側面のうち少なくとも一方に凹部が形成される、積層コイル部品の製造方法。 - 複数の前記グリーンシートを積層する工程では、前記一対の第一側面のそれぞれに前記凹部が形成される、請求項1に記載の積層コイル部品の製造方法。
- 螺旋状のコイルを構成するコイル導体と絶縁体層とが積層されてなる積層体を備えた積層コイル部品の製造方法であって、
前記絶縁体層となるグリーンシート上に、断面が台形状を呈するとともに前記コイル導体となる導体パターンを設ける工程と、
前記導体パターンが設けられた複数の前記グリーンシートを積層する工程と、を含み、
前記導体パターンは、アスペクト比が0.5以上1.0未満もしくは0.7以上1.1未満となるように設けられる、積層コイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記導体パターンは、前記導体パターンを設ける工程において前記グリーンシートと接触する第二側面と、前記第二側面と対向する第三側面と、を有し、
複数の前記グリーンシートを積層する工程後において、前記第二側面は、前記第三側面よりも平らである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層コイル部品の製造方法。 - 複数の前記グリーンシートを積層する工程後において、前記第三側面は、前記第二側面側に凹んでいる、請求項4に記載の積層コイル部品の製造方法。
