Description
第1導体と、
前記第1導体を包囲する筒状の第1絶縁部材と、
前記第1絶縁部材を包囲し、且つ形状保持性を有する筒状の第2導体と、
細長く纏まった形態と筒状に拡がった形態とに変形することが可能な可撓性を有し、筒状に拡がった形態で前記第2導体の外周を包囲する分岐導体と、
前記分岐導体を前記第2導体の外周に固着する固着部材とを備えているところに特徴を有する。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1を図1〜図2を参照して説明する。尚、以下の説明において、前後の方向については、図1,2における左方を前方と定義する。
次に、本発明を具体化した実施例2を図3を参照して説明する。本実施例2の導電路24は、固着部材25を上記実施例1とは異なる構成としたものである。その他の構成については上記実施例1と同じであるため、同じ構成については、同一符号を付し、構造、作用及び効果の説明は省略する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例1,2では、固着部材が単一部品であるが、固着部材は、複数の部品を径方向に合体して構成されるものであってもよい。
(2)上記実施例1,2では、第1導体が単芯線で構成されているが、第1導体は、金属製の撚り線やパイプであってもよい。
(3)上記実施例1,2では、第1導体と延長導体を溶接によって固着したが、第1導体と延長導体は端子金具を介して接続してもよい。
(4)上記実施例1,2では、第1導体と延長導体との接続部分を絶縁状態で包囲する手段として熱収縮チューブを用いたが、第1導体と延長導体との接続部分を絶縁状態で包囲する手段としては、熱収縮チューブ以外の部材や手段を用いてもよい。
(5)上記実施例1,2では、第1導体に延長導体を接続し、延長導体をインバータとバッテリーに接続したが、延長導体を用いずに、第1導体を直接インバータとバッテリーに接続してもよい。
(6)上記実施例1,2では、金属細線を筒状に編み込んだ編組線を分岐導体として用いたが、分岐導体は、編組線以外の導電性を有する部材であってもよい。
(7)上記実施例1では、固着部材が全周に亘って繋がった筒状をなしているが、固着部材は、軸線方向のスリットが形成されて断面が略C字形をなすものであってもよい。
(8)上記実施例1では、固着部材が、第1導体と延長導体との接続部分を包囲するが、固着部材は、第1導体と延長導体との接続部分を包囲しない形態であってもよい。
(9)上記実施例2では、分岐導体が第2導体に固着された状態で、固着部材のほぼ全体が第2導体の外周の凹部に収容されるようにしたが、これに限らず、分岐導体が第2導体に固着された状態で、固着部材のほぼ全体が第2導体の外周面から径方向に突出した形態となっていてもよい。
(10)上記実施例2では、固着部材が全周に亘って繋がったリング状をなしているが、固着部材は、断面が略C字形をなすものであってもよい。
(11)上記実施例2では、固着部材が第1導体と延長導体との接続部分を包囲していないが、固着部材は第1導体と延長導体との接続部分を包囲する形態であってもよい。

Claims (2)
- 第1導体と、
前記第1導体を包囲する筒状の第1絶縁部材と、
前記第1絶縁部材を包囲し、且つ形状保持性を有する筒状の第2導体と、
細長く纏まった形態と筒状に拡がった形態とに変形することが可能な可撓性を有し、筒状に拡がった形態で前記第2導体の外周を包囲する分岐導体と、
前記分岐導体を前記第2導体の外周に固着する固着部材と、
前記第1導体の端部に接続された延長導体とを備え、
前記固着部材が、前記第1導体と前記延長導体との接続部分を包囲する形態である導電路。 - 前記分岐導体が、金属細線を筒状に編み込んだ編組線である請求項1に記載の導電路。
