Claims (2)
- 溶出流体が流入する溶出ポートと、透過ポートとを含み、
第一フラットフィルター薄膜からなる第一フィルターに結合されたハウジングの前半を含み、前記第一フィルターは垂直に向けられると共に前記ハウジングの前半の長さに及び、第二フラットフィルター薄膜からなる第二フィルターに結合されたハウジングの後半を含み、前記第二フィルターは垂直に向けられると共に前記ハウジングの後半の長さに及び、
前記ハウジングの前半と後半とが一緒にされ、
前記ハウジングの下端に隣接して配された開口を介して吸引される液体サンプル中の複数の粒子が、前記第一および第二フィルターの被保持物面から溶出され、前記開口を介して分出されて流体体積が減少し、
前記第一および第二フィルターの各々の被保持物面の間の体積から被保持物チャンバーが形成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記各フィルターと前記ハウジングのそれぞれの半分との間の体積から透過チャンバーが形成される請求項1に記載の装置。
