Description
Claims (4)
- 入口通路から流入し出口通路から流出する作動流体の圧力を所定の圧力に減圧する電磁式減圧弁であって、
前記入口通路と前記出口通路との連通を許容又は遮断する弁体と、
供給される電流の大きさに応じた推力を前記弁体に付与するソレノイドと、
作動流体が貯留されるタンクに連通するドレーン通路と、を備え、
前記弁体は、前記出口通路の圧力が作用することによって前記ソレノイドによる推力とは反対方向の推力を生じさせる受圧面と、前記入口通路と前記出口通路との連通を遮断可能な第1ランド部と、前記出口通路と前記ドレーン通路との連通を遮断可能な第2ランド部と、を有し、
前記受圧面の面積は、前記弁体の横断面積よりも小さく設定され、
前記第1ランド部は、前記第2ランド部よりも前記ソレノイド側に設けられ、
前記第1ランド部の外径は、前記第2ランド部の外径よりも大きく設定されることを特徴とする電磁式減圧弁。 - 前記受圧面は、前記第1ランド部の断面積から前記第2ランド部の断面積を差し引いた大きさの面積を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁式減圧弁。
- 前記第2ランド部側の前記弁体の端面は、前記ドレーン通路に連通するドレーン室に臨んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電磁式減圧弁。
- 請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の電磁式減圧弁を備える流体圧制御装置であって、
前記入口通路に作動流体を供給するとともに、外部へ作動流体を供給する作動流体供給源と、
前記電磁式減圧弁により減圧された作動流体が前記出口通路を通じて導かれるパイロット圧室を有し、前記パイロット圧室に導かれる作動流体の圧力の大きさに応じて前記作動流体供給源から前記外部への作動流体の流れを制御する制御弁と、を備えることを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。
