Description
Claims (31)
- 遊離ケイ素含量を有するセラミックマトリックス材料中にセラミック繊維強化材料を含む溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)と、
基材の少なくとも一部の外側表面に配置された、遊離ケイ素を有しないセラミックマトリックス材料中にセラミック繊維強化材料を含む化学気相含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材外側層(250)と
を含むセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。 - 基材が炭化ケイ素及び遊離ケイ素を含み、外側層が純粋な炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材が炭化ケイ素及び遊離ケイ素を含み、外側層が炭化ケイ素及び遊離炭素を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材が第1の耐クリープ性を備え、外側層が第2の耐クリープ性を備え、第2の耐クリープ性が第1の耐クリープ性より高い、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材が第1の耐熱性を備え、外側層が第2の耐熱性を備え、及び第2の耐熱性が第1の耐熱性より高い、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材がプリプレグ溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材がスラリー注型溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材のセラミック繊維強化材料が複数の一方向の強化繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 外側層のセラミック繊維強化材料が一方向の強化繊維の1以上の層を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 外側層のセラミック繊維強化材料が一方向の強化繊維の複数の層を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 外側層のセラミック繊維強化材料が織製強化繊維の1以上の層を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 基材のセラミック繊維強化材料が、外側層のセラミック繊維強化材料と同じである、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- CVI複合材表面層が酸化物材料でさらに含浸される、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 外側層に配置された環境バリア層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 物品が華氏2,400度を超える温度で作動可能である、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- 物品がタービン部材を含む、請求項1に記載のセラミックマトリックス複合材物品。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材物品を形成する方法であって、
遊離ケイ素含量を有するセラミックマトリックス材料中にセラミック繊維強化材料を含むセラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)を溶融含浸によって形成する工程と、
基材の少なくとも一部に配置された、遊離ケイ素含量を有しないセラミックマトリックス材料中にセラミック繊維強化材料を含むセラミックマトリックス複合材外側層(250)を化学気相含浸によって形成する工程と
を含む方法。 - 基材が炭化ケイ素及び遊離ケイ素を含み、外側層が純粋な炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 基材が炭化ケイ素及び遊離ケイ素を含み、外側層が炭化ケイ素及び遊離炭素を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 外側層の耐クリープ性が基材の耐クリープ性より高い、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 外側層の耐熱性が基材の耐熱性より高い、請求項17に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)を形成する工程が、複数のプリプレグ一方向テープのレイアップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)を形成する工程が、複数の織製繊維プライのレイアップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材外側層(250)を形成する工程が、セラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)への1以上のプリプレグ一方向テープのレイアップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材外側層(250)を形成する工程が、セラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)への複数のプリプレグ一方向テープのレイアップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材外側層(250)を形成する工程が、セラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)への織製繊維から作られた1以上のプリプレグテープのレイアップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 基材のセラミック繊維強化材料が、外側層のセラミック繊維強化材料と同じである、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材を形成する工程が、プリプレグ溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材によって形成する工程を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材を形成する工程が、スラリー注型溶融含浸セラミックマトリックス複合材基材を形成する工程を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 化学気相含浸によってセラミックマトリックス複合材外側層(250)を形成する工程が、外側層をアニールして、外側層のセラミックマトリックス材料の結晶化度又は粒度を増やす工程をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 溶融含浸によってセラミックマトリックス複合材基材(220)を形成する工程が、基材の表面からケイ素を除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
