Description
Claims (4)
- シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に軸方向に移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、を備える流体圧機器に設けられ前記シリンダと前記ロッドとの間を閉塞するシール部材であって、
前記シリンダに保持され、前記ロッドが挿通するベース部と、
前記ベース部に設けられ、前記ロッドの外周に摺接するリップ部と、を備え、
前記リップ部は、前記軸方向に配向された繊維を含む弾性体からなることを特徴とする
シール部材。 - 請求項1に記載のシール部材において、
前記繊維は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維であることを特徴とする
シール部材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のシール部材において、
前記弾性体は、不飽和構造を持つゴム材であることを特徴とする
シール部材。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシール部材と、
作動流体が封入される前記シリンダと、
前記シリンダに前記軸方向に移動自在に挿入される前記ロッドと、
前記シリンダに収容され、前記ロッドの移動に伴って作動流体の流れに抵抗を付与して減衰力を発生する減衰力発生部と、を備えることを特徴とする
緩衝器。
