Claims (8)
- 電力接触器(1)であって、
第1の電気接点(3)及び第2の電気接点(4)と、
開位置及び閉位置を占めることができるスイッチング素子(5)であって、前記閉位置において前記第1の電気接点(3)と前記第2の電気接点(4)を互いに接続し、前記開位置にある場合には前記第1の接点(3)と前記第2の接点(4)が互いに絶縁される、スイッチング素子(5)と、
前記第1の電気接点(3)及び/又は前記第2の電気接点(4)から所定の距離における前記電力接触器(1)の温度を検出するように構成された、前記電力接触器(1)に一体化された少なくとも1つの温度センサ(12)と、
ハウジング体(14)と、その内部に前記スイッチング素子(5)が少なくとも部分的に配置された接触室(15)とを有する接触室装置(9)と、を含み、
前記ハウジング体(14)は前記接触室(15)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記ハウジング体(14)内に前記温度センサ(12)が配置されており、
前記ハウジング体(14)が凹部(29)を備え、前記温度センサ(12)が前記凹部(29)内に配置されている、電力接触器(1)。 - 前記ハウジング体(14)がセラミック材料を含むか、又は、セラミック材料から成る、請求項1に記載の電力接触器(1)。
- 前記接触室装置(9)の前記ハウジング体(14)が、それを通じて前記第1の電気接点(3)が導かれる第1の開口部(23)と、それを通じて前記第2の電気接点(4)が導かれる第2の開口部(25)と、を有する底壁(21)を備え、前記凹部(29)は前記ハウジング体(14)の前記底壁(21)に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の電力接触器(1)。
- 前記接触室装置(9)の前記ハウジング体(14)が側壁(27)を備え、前記凹部(29)は前記ハウジング体(14)の前記側壁(27)に配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電力接触器(1)。
- 前記接触室装置(9)の前記ハウジング体(14)が側壁(27)及び底壁(21)を含み、前記底壁(21)は、それを通じて前記第1の電気接点(3)が導かれる第1の開口部(23)と、それを通じて前記第2の電気接点(4)が導かれる第2の開口部(25)と、を備え、
前記凹部(29)は、前記底壁(21)と前記側壁(27)とが交わるエッジ領域に配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電力接触器(1)。 - 前記凹部(29)は、三角形の底面を有するプリズム形状の凹部として形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電力接触器(1)。
- 前記温度センサ(12)は、前記ハウジング体(14)の材料と同じ又は類似の熱膨張係数を有し、従って前記ハウジング体(14)の熱膨張に適合する接着剤によって、前記ハウジング体に取り付けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電力接触器(1)。
- 請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電力接触器(1)の接触室装置(9)のためのハウジング体(14)を製造するための方法であって、前記接触室装置(9)のためのハウジング体グリーンボディがセラミック粉末の乾式プレスによって製造され、前記ハウジング体グリーンボディは前記温度センサ(12)を受容するための前記凹部(29)を既に備えており、前記ハウジング体グリーンボディは、続いて焼結される、方法。
