Claims (7)
- 容器内に密封空間を区画する区画壁と、
前記密封空間の内部と外部とを接続する配線部と、を備え、
前記区画壁は、前記配線部が貫通する充填部を備え、
前記充填部は、
前記区画壁を貫通する中心軸線を有する開口部を区画する内周壁面と、
前記内周壁面と前記配線部との間の隙間を密閉する充填材と、
前記内周壁面に設けられるとともに前記充填材が充填された第1周溝と、
前記内周壁面に設けられるとともに前記充填材が充填された第2周溝と、を備え、
前記配線部は、前記充填部を貫通する基板からなる貫通基板と、前記密封空間内で前記容器に固定された内部固定部材と、を有し、
前記貫通基板と前記内部固定部材との間には、前記中心軸線に沿う軸方向において前記貫通基板と前記内部固定部材との接近を許容することにより、熱による前記貫通基板と前記内部固定部材との全体に生じる前記軸方向の伸縮を吸収する軸方向隙間が設けられている、
防爆構造。 - 前記貫通基板は、前記内部固定部材に対して前記軸方向に摺動可能にピン接続されたコネクタからなる摺動コネクタを有する、請求項1に記載の防爆構造。
- 前記配線部は、前記密封空間の外側で前記開口部を覆うように前記区画壁に固定された外部固定部材を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の防爆構造。
- 前記第1周溝及び前記第2周溝は、前記軸方向における前記充填材の中心を挟んで配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の防爆構造。
- 前記充填材は、樹脂で構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の防爆構造。
- 前記充填部は、前記充填材に隣接するとともに、伸縮性が前記充填材よりも大きい他の充填材を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の防爆構造。
- 前記容器は、耐圧防爆容器である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の防爆構造。
