オス固定具、ストラップR部、及びメス固定具を貫通してビームのうちの少なくとも1つのフランジへと延びるテンションファスナであって、各ビームのウェブにほぼ平行に向けられる、テンションファスナ
を含む、コーナー固定具と
を備える、構造アセンブリ。
凸部と凹部とが半円錐形状を有する、条項1に記載の構造アセンブリ。
ストラップが、テンションファスナにほぼ平行に向けられた強化繊維を有する少なくとも1つの単方向複合プライで形成されている、条項1又は2に記載の構造アセンブリ。
横断方向の断面で見たときにL字型の断面を形成し、且つストラップ平坦部のストラップ内角にほぼ一致するラップ内角を定める一対のラップ平坦部を含む、ラップを更に含み、
ラップ平坦部が、ストラップ平坦部と交互に配置され且つ/又は重ねられる、
条項1から3の何れか一項に記載の構造アセンブリ。
ビームは移動体のフロアビームである、条項1から4の何れか一項に記載の構造アセンブリ。
移動体が航空機である、条項1から5の何れか一項に記載の構造アセンブリ。
コーナー固定具が、ビームアセンブリに共硬化されているか又は共接合されている、条項1から6の何れか一項に記載の構造アセンブリ。
ビームアセンブリの少なくとも1つのフランジの上部に取り付けられ、テンションファスナを介してコーナー固定具に連結される、外付け固定具を更に含む、条項1から7の何れか一項に記載の構造アセンブリ。
Claims (15)
- 凸部を有するオス固定具、
前記凸部と相補的に構成された、凹部を有するメス固定具、及び
ストラップR部と、前記ストラップR部の対向端から延びる一対のストラップ平坦部とを有する、ストラップであって、前記ストラップ平坦部は、前記ストラップR部が前記凸部と前記凹部との間で挟持されて、前記コーナー固定具を側部から見たときに互いに平行であり、前記コーナー固定具を端部から見たときに互いに非平行である、ストラップ
を含む、コーナー固定具。 - 前記凸部及び前記凹部が半円錐形状を有する、請求項1に記載のコーナー固定具。
- 前記半円錐形状が、前記ストラップR部が前記凸部と前記凹部との間で挟持されると、ストラップ内側エッジの長さがストラップ外側エッジの長さに等しくなる形状である、請求項2に記載のコーナー固定具。
- 前記オス固定具、前記メス固定具、及び前記ストラップR部を貫通して延びる、前記一対のストラップ平坦部にほぼ平行に向けられた、少なくとも1つのテンションファスナ孔を更に含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のコーナー固定具。
- 前記ストラップが、前記テンションファスナ孔の向きにほぼ平行に向けられた強化繊維を有する、少なくとも1つの単方向複合プライで形成されている、請求項4に記載のコーナー固定具。
- 横断方向の断面で見たときにL字型の断面を形成し、且つ前記ストラップ平坦部のストラップ内角にほぼ一致するラップ内角を定める一対のラップ平坦部を含む、ラップを更に含み、
前記ラップ平坦部が前記ストラップ平坦部と交互に配置されるか又は重ねられている、
請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のコーナー固定具。 - 前記オス固定具及び前記メス固定具のうちの少なくとも一方が、繊維強化ポリマーマトリクス材料で形成されている、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のコーナー固定具。
- 前記オス固定具、前記ストラップ、及び前記メス固定具が、互いに共接合及び共硬化の何れかを実施されている、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のコーナー固定具。
- 構造アセンブリを形成する方法であって、
ストラップのストラップR部を、オス固定具の凸部とメス固定具の凹部との間で、前記凸部及び前記凹部の対向する周方向端部から前記オス固定具及び前記メス固定具の外に一対のストラップ平坦部が突出するように、挟むことにより、コーナー固定具を組み立てるステップであって、前記ストラップ平坦部が側部から見たときに互いに平行であり、端部から見たときに互いに非平行である、ステップと、
前記コーナー固定具を、交差するビームによって画定される構造アセンブリコーナーに設置するステップと、
テンションファスナを、前記オス固定具、前記ストラップR部、前記メス固定具、及び前記交差するビームの少なくとも1つのフランジを貫通して、延在させるステップと、
前記一対のストラップ平坦部を、前記交差するビームのウェブのそれぞれの対に連結するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記ストラップR部が、前記凸部と前記凹部との間で挟持されると半円錐形状を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ストラップが、前記テンションファスナにほぼ平行に向けられた強化繊維を有する、少なくとも1つの単方向複合プライで形成されている、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記テンションファスナが、前記交差するビームの前記ウェブにほぼ平行に向けられている、請求項9から11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーナー固定具を組み立てるステップが、
ラップを前記ストラップ平坦部に重ねること及び交互に配置することのうちの1つを含む、請求項9から12の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ストラップ平坦部を前記ウェブに連結するステップが、
