Description
じ接触面積にてセンサに当接させることができる。それ故、操作レバーの傾倒に伴う撓み
の基点の変化を抑制することができる。
第1実施形態の操作装置1は、操作レバー11と、ケーシング12と、4つのセンサ13〜16とを備えている。操作レバー11は、第1方向、本実施形態では上下方向に延在する中実、あるいは中空の大略円柱状の部材である。操作レバー11は、鉄等の金属材料から成る本体部21を有しており、本体部21の一端部分である上端部に操作部22が設けられている。操作部22は、合成樹脂や合成ゴム等から成り、且つ大略球状に形成されている。なお、操作部22は、必ずしも球状である必要はなく、円筒形状、又は下側に向かって先細りの逆円錐形状であってもよい。このような形状を有する操作部22は、本体部21の上端部に被せるように嵌め込まれている。これによって、操作者は、操作レバー11の上端部を手全体で包むように把持できるようになっている。また、操作レバー11は、操作部22を含む上端側部分を突き出させた状態でケーシング12に挿入されている。
第2実施形態の操作装置1Aは、第1実施形態の操作装置1と構成が類似している。従って、第2実施形態の操作装置1Aの構成の説明については、第1実施形態の操作装置1と異なる構成について主に説明し、同じ構成については同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。後述する第3及び第4実施形態の操作装置1B,1Cについても同様である。
第3実施形態の操作装置1Bは、図7に示すように操作レバー11Bと、ケーシング12Bと、4つのセンサ13〜16を備えている。操作レバー11Bは、本体部21Bと、操作部22と、被支持部23とを有している。本体部21Bは、上下方向に延在する中実、あるいは中空の大略円柱状の部材であり、第2実施形態と同様に被支持部23より上側の部分の曲げ剛性が被支持部23より下側の部分の曲げ剛性より高くなっている。このように構成される本体部21Bは、下端部に荷重伝達部24Bを有している。
図11に示す第4実施形態の操作装置1Cは、操作レバー11Cと、ケーシング12Cと、4つのセンサ13C〜16Cを備えている。操作レバー11Cは、本体部21Cと、操作部22と、被支持部23とを有している。本体部21Cは、上下方向に延在する中実、あるいは中空の大略円柱状の部材であり、第2実施形態と同様に被支持部23より上側の部分の曲げ剛性が被支持部23より下側の部分の曲げ剛性より高くなっている。このように構成される本体部21Cは、下端部に荷重伝達部24Cを有している。
第1乃至第4実施形態の操作装置1,1A〜1Cでは、操作レバー11,11A〜11Cが上下方向に直交する全方向に傾倒可能に構成されているが、必ずしも全方向に傾倒できるように構成されている必要はない。例えば、前後及び左右方向の少なくとも1方向(即ち、前後方向のみ、又は左右方向のみ)だけ傾倒可能であればよい。また、傾倒可能な方向もまた、上下方向に直交する方向に限定されず、上下方向以外の所定の第1方向に直交する方向に傾倒可能に構成されていればよい。

Claims (10)
- 第1方向に延伸し、前記第1方向の一端側部分を操作可能な操作レバーと、
前記操作レバーの第1方向中間部を支持するケーシングと、
前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に間隔を空けて前記ケーシング内に配置され、且つ前記操作レバーの第1方向の他端側部分が近接するように配置される第1及び第2センサと、
前記第1及び第2方向に直交する第3方向に間隔を空けて前記ケーシング内に配置され、且つ前記操作レバーの一端側部分が操作されるとてこの原理により前記第1方向中間部を支点にして、前記操作レバーの第1方向の他端側部分が近接するように配置される第3及び第4センサと、を備え、
前記第1乃至第4センサは、前記操作レバーから受ける荷重に応じた信号を出力するようになっている、操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーは、被支持部を有し、
前記被支持部は、前記操作レバーの第1方向中間部に形成され、且つ前記操作レバーの一端側部分が第2及び第3方向に傾倒可能に前記ケーシングによって支持され、
前記操作レバーの第1方向の一端側部分の曲げ剛性が他端側部分の曲げ剛性よりも高い、請求項1に記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーは、屈曲部を有し、
前記屈曲部は、前記被支持部より他端側に形成され、該屈曲部を基点にして前記操作レバーを前記第2及び第3方向に屈曲可能に形成されている、請求項2に記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーの外周面を囲むように近接させて配置される反力追加部材を更に備え、
前記反力追加部材は、前記操作レバーが傾倒操作されると前記操作レバーを中立位置に戻すように前記操作レバーに弾性復帰力を与えるように配置されている、請求項3に記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーは、前記第1方向の他端側部分に第1乃至第4荷重伝達板を有しており、
前記第1及び第2荷重伝達板は、互いに前記第2方向に間隔を空けて前記第1及び第2センサの間に位置し、且つ各々が前記第1及び第2センサの各々に近接するように配置され、
前記第3及び第4荷重伝達板は、互いに前記第3方向に間隔を空けて前記第3及び第4センサの間に位置し、且つ各々が前記第3及び第4センサの各々に近接するように配置されている、請求項2乃至4の何れか1つに記載の操作装置。 - 前記被支持部は、球状に形成され、
前記ケーシングは、前記被支持部を転動可能に支持し、
前記第1乃至第4荷重伝達板の各々は、四方に配置され、
前記第3及び第4荷重伝達板は、前記第1及び第2荷重伝達板に対して前記第2方向に隙間を空けて配置され、
前記第1及び第2荷重伝達板は、前記第3及び第4荷重伝達板に対して前記第3方向に隙間を空けて配置されている、請求項5に記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーは、前記第1方向の他端側部分に荷重伝達部を有しており、
前記荷重伝達部は、前記第2方向両側及び第3方向両側に夫々向けた4つの側面を有し、
前記第1乃至第4センサの各々は、前記荷重伝達部の4つの側面を夫々囲み且つ各々に当接させるように配置されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーは、前記第1方向の他端側部分に荷重伝達部を有しており、
前記荷重伝達部は、球状に形成されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の操作装置。 - 前記操作レバーは、前記第1方向の他端側部分に荷重伝達部を有しており、
前記荷重伝達部は、前記第1乃至第4センサに夫々対向する4つの面を有し、
前記4つの面は、対向する前記センサに向かって突出するように円柱弧状に形成されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の操作装置。 - 第1方向に延伸し、前記第1方向の一端側部分を操作可能な操作レバーと、
前記操作レバーの第1方向中間部を支持するケーシングと、
前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に間隔を空けて前記ケーシング内に配置され、且つ前記操作レバーの第1方向の他端側部分が近接するように配置される第1及び第2センサと、
前記第1及び第2方向に直交する第3方向に間隔を空けて前記ケーシング内に配置され、且つ前記操作レバーの第1方向の他端側部分が近接するように配置される第3及び第4センサと、を備え、
前記第1乃至第4センサは、前記操作レバーから受ける荷重に応じた信号を出力するようになっており、
前記操作レバーは、被支持部を有し、
前記被支持部は、前記操作レバーの第1方向中間部に形成され、且つ前記操作レバーの一端側部分が第2及び第3方向に傾倒可能に前記ケーシングによって支持され、
前記操作レバーの第1方向の一端側部分の曲げ剛性が他端側部分の曲げ剛性よりも高い、操作装置。
