Claims (14)
- 脈管内医療装置において、
近位端及び遠位端を備える長尺シャフトと、
前記長尺シャフトの前記遠位端に設けられたチップと、
前記長尺シャフトの前記近位端に隣接して設けられたセンサと、
前記センサと通信する信号処理システムと、を備え、
前記センサは、前記長尺シャフトを形成する固体材料を長手方向に伝搬する機械的なシグナルを、前記長尺シャフトの前記近位端における端面であって、前記固体材料によって形成され前記センサが取り付けられる前記端面から受け取るように構成されている、脈管内医療装置。 - 前記センサは音響センサ、微小電気機械システム音響収集センサ、接触マイクロフォン、圧電性マイクロフォン、触覚センサ、又は、それらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記センサは前記長尺シャフトに磁気的に連結されている、請求項1に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは前記長尺シャフトに磁気的に連結されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムはディスプレイスクリーンを更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは検定モードを更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは前記センサとワイヤレスで通信する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記信号処理システムは前記センサで受け取られた一つ又はそれ以上の音波形を解析するよう設計される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記一つ又はそれ以上の音波形は一つ又はそれ以上の血管閉塞の特性に応答する、請求項8に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記一つ又はそれ以上の音波形は血管の冠血流予備量比(FFR)に応答する、請求項8又は9に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記長尺シャフトを形成する前記固体材料を伝搬し前記センサに受け取られる前記シグナルは、
前記チップと脈管内病変との接触によって生じる音波、及び、
脈管内病変に起因する乱流の雑音のどちらか一方または両方である、請求項1に記載の脈管内医療装置。 - 前記長尺シャフトの前記遠位端は、脈管内に挿入されるように設計されており、
前記センサは、患者の身体の外側に残るよう設計された前記近位端に取り付けられている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。 - 前記長尺シャフトは、血管内ガイドワイヤのコアワイヤである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
- 前記センサは、前記長尺シャフトの前記近位端に固定して連結されている、請求項1、2、4〜13のいずれか一項に記載の脈管内医療装置。
