Description
Claims (7)
- 作動流体の供給により伸縮するシリンダ本体と前記シリンダ本体へ作動流体を供給するポンプとを有して鉄道車両に設置されるアクチュエータと、
前記ポンプを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記ポンプの回転速度に対して設定される低回転速度と、
前記ポンプの回転速度に対して設定される前記低回転速度より高速の高回転速度とが予め設けられ、
前記制御部は、鉄道車両の車両速度に基づいて前記ポンプの回転速度を前記低回転速度と前記高回転速度とのいずれかに切換える
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記車両速度に対して設定される第一閾値が予め設けられ、
前記制御部は、
前記車両速度が前記第一閾値以上から前記第一閾値未満となると前記ポンプの回転速度を前記高回転速度から前記低回転速度へ切換え、
前記車両速度が前記第一閾値未満から前記第一閾値以上となると前記ポンプの回転速度を前記低回転速度から前記高回転速度へ切換える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 作動流体の供給により伸縮するシリンダ本体と前記シリンダ本体へ作動流体を供給するポンプとを有して鉄道車両に設置されるアクチュエータと、
前記ポンプを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、鉄道車両の車両速度に基づいて前記ポンプの回転速度を制御し、前記車両速度が増加すると段階的に前記ポンプの回転速度を増加させる
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 作動流体の供給により伸縮するシリンダ本体と前記シリンダ本体へ作動流体を供給するポンプとを有して鉄道車両に設置されるアクチュエータと、
前記ポンプを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、鉄道車両の車両速度に基づいて前記ポンプの回転速度を制御し、前記車両速度の増加に比例して前記ポンプの回転速度を増加させる
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記車両速度に対して設定される第一閾値と、
前記車両速度に対して設定される前記第一閾値より低い第二閾値とが予め設けられ、

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記制御部に前記鉄道車両の走行地点情報が入力され、
前記鉄道車両の走行地点に対して前記ポンプを高速で回転させる区間が設定され、
前記制御部は、前記鉄道車両が前記区間を走行していると判断した場合、前記ポンプの回転速度を前記車両速度によらず前記ポンプを高速で回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記シリンダ本体内の圧力を調節する電磁リリーフ弁を備え、
前記制御部は、前記シリンダ本体が出力する推力を前記電磁リリーフ弁へ与える電流量によって制御し、前記電流量を前記ポンプの回転速度に基づく圧力オーバーライドを用いて求める
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
