‐オペレータはレンダリングされた画像を介して管の遠位末端の進行を監視してよく、
‐オペレータはレンダリングされた画像に応えて管の位置決めを調整してよく、
‐オペレータはレンダリングされた画像に応えてカメラの向きを調整してよく、
‐オペレータはレンダリングされた画像に応えて発光体の輝度を調整してよい。
Claims (13)
- 容器から経腸栄養チューブに液体を引き出すように構成されたポンプと、
前記経腸栄養チューブを具備する少なくとも2つの真空内腔と関連付けられた切替え機構と、
前記ポンプ及び前記切替え機構を制御するように構成されたコントローラと
を備え、
前記制御が、
前記少なくとも2つの真空内腔の間で適用される真空を切り替えることにより、前記経腸栄養チューブに対する食道の密封の場所を変化させることと、
前記切り替え機構の動作と前記ポンプの動作とを連係させることにより、前記経腸栄養チューブに対する食道の密封の場所を、前記液体の供給と連係させること、とを含む、経腸栄養装置。 - 前記液体が食物を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液体が薬剤を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記切替え機構が1つ又は複数の弁を備え、前記コントローラが前記1つ又は複数の弁のいずれかを作動させる又は動作を停止することを選択することによって前記切替え機構を制御するように構成され、
前記少なくとも2つの真空内腔のそれぞれが、前記1つ又は複数の弁の異なる弁に関連付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記1つ又は複数の弁が、ピンチ弁、バタフライ弁、及びダイヤフラム弁から成る前記グループから選択される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの真空内腔のそれぞれが前記1つ又は複数の弁の内の異なる弁と関連付けられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記1つ又は複数の弁の各弁が、前記経腸栄養チューブに沿った特定の長手方向場所で1つまたは複数の密封部分と配置される真空内腔のセットと関連付けられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記経腸栄養チューブに対する食道の密封の場所を、前記場所と関連付けられた弁を作動させることを選択することによって制御するように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記経腸栄養チューブの遠位場所及び近位場所で吸引を交互に作動させるように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記切替え機構を具備する胃減圧弁を介して前記経腸栄養チューブを具備する胃減圧内腔を制御するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記胃減圧内腔が、患者の胃から前記切替え機構を介して前記減圧内腔に結合された容器に分泌物をサイフォンで吸い出すように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 施術者が、前記コントローラ及び前記切替え機構を介して前記2つ以上の内腔のいずれかに対する吸引の適用を制御するための1つ又は複数のパラメータを設定できるようにするためのユーザインタフェースをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 患者が前記1つ又は複数のパラメータのサブセットを設定できるようにするためのユーザインタフェースをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
