図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電池モジュール100の外観斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す電池モジュール100の分解斜視図である。
次に、本発明に係る電池モジュールの実施形態2について、図1から図6までを援用し、図8を用いて説明する。図8は、本実施形態に係る電池モジュール100Aの図7に相当する断面図である。
次に、本発明に係る電池モジュールの実施形態3について、図1から図6までを援用し、図9から図11を用いて説明する。図9は、本実施形態に係る電池モジュール100Bの図7に相当する断面図である。

Claims (6)
- 複数の電池セルと、前記電池セルの外部端子に接続された複数の電圧検出線と、前記電池セルに接続された複数の温度検出線と、前記複数の電池セルの上面を覆うカバーと、を備えた電池モジュールであって、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記電池セルの前記上面に設けられたガス排出弁が一方向に並ぶように配置され、
前記カバーは、前記一方向に連通するガス排出溝を形成する板状のインシュレーションカバーと、前記ガス排出溝の上端を覆うことで前記複数の電池セルの前記ガス排出弁の上方にガス排出路を形成するトップカバーと、を備え、
前記ガス排出路の内部に前記複数の温度検出線を前記一方向に沿って敷設する第1敷設部と、前記第1敷設部の側方に隔壁を介して前記複数の電圧検出線を前記一方向に沿って敷設する第2敷設部と、が前記インシュレーションカバーに設けられていることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは、長方形の前記上面と、前記上面の長手方向に離隔して配置された一対の前記外部端子と、該一対の前記外部端子の間に設けられた前記ガス排出弁と、を有し、 前記第2敷設部は、前記長手方向における前記第1敷設部の両側に、前記一方向に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2敷設部と前記外部端子との間に隔壁を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2敷設部と前記外部端子との間の前記隔壁は、前記電圧検出線を挿通させる開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1敷設部と前記第2敷設部との間の前記隔壁は、前記温度検出線を挿通させる開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電圧検出線は、個々の前記電池セルの前記外部端子に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
