Claims (6)
- モータの駆動により生じた回転運動を前記モータの出力軸と平行な向きの直線運動に変換して出力する電動アクチュエータを構成し、前記出力軸と平行に配設されて前記直線運動を行う可動部に取付けられるセンサターゲットであって、
磁石と、前記磁石を保持する磁石ホルダとを備え、
前記磁石ホルダは、前記可動部の外周面に嵌合可能な一対又は複数対の嵌合爪と、前記嵌合爪の突出側とは反対側に設けられ前記磁石が嵌合されている嵌合凹部とを有し、
前記嵌合凹部は、一対の側壁部と、前記一対の側壁部と一体に形成される第一の挟持部と、前記第一の挟持部との間に前記磁石を挟持可能な第二の挟持部とで構成されていることを特徴とするセンサターゲット。 - 前記嵌合凹部は、前記第一の挟持部とは反対の側に開口部を有し、前記第二の挟持部は前記一対の側壁部及び前記第一の挟持部と別体に形成され、前記開口部の側から前記磁石と前記第二の挟持部を前記嵌合凹部に向けて挿入可能としている請求項1に記載のセンサターゲット。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のセンサターゲットと、このセンサターゲットが嵌合により取付けられている前記可動部とを備えた可動部ユニット。
- 前記可動部に切欠き部が設けられており、前記切欠き部に前記センサターゲットが嵌合されている請求項3に記載の可動部ユニット。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の可動部ユニットと、前記可動部の周囲に配設され、前記磁石の位置を検出する磁気センサとを備える電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記モータと、前記モータの駆動により生じた回転運動を前記モータの出力軸と平行な向きの直線運動に変換する運動変換機構とをさらに備える請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
