Description
(1)トルク
試料(捲縮糸)約70cmを横に張り、中央部に0.18mN×表示テックス(2mg/de)の初荷重を吊るした後、両端を引揃える。糸は残留トルクにより回転しはじめるが初荷重が静止するまでそのままの状態で持ち、撚糸を得る。こうして得た撚糸を17.64mN×表示テックス(0.2g/de)の荷重下で25cm長の撚数を検撚器で測定する。得られた撚数(T/25cm)を4倍にしてトルク(T/m)とする。
(2)インターレース度
交絡糸を8.82mN×表示テックス(0.1g/de)の荷重下で1mの長さをとり、除重後、室温で24時放縮後の結節点の数を読み取り、個/mで表示する。
(3)捲縮率
供試糸条を、周長が1.125mの検尺機のまわりに巻きつけて、乾繊度が3333dtexのかせを調製した。前記かせを、スケール板の吊り釘に懸垂して、その下部分に6gの初荷重を付加し、さらに600gの荷重を付加したときのかせの長さL0を測定する。その後、直ちに、前記かせから荷重を除き、スケール板の吊り釘から外し、このかせを沸騰水中に30分間浸漬して、捲縮を発現させる。沸騰水処理後のかせを沸騰水から取り出し、かせに含まれる水分をろ紙により吸収除去し、室温において24時間風乾する。この風乾されたかせを、スケール板の吊り釘に懸垂し、その下部分に、600gの荷重をかけ、1分後にかせの長さL1aを測定し、その後かせから荷重を外し、1分後にかせの長さL2aを測定する。供試フィラメント糸条の捲縮率(CP)を、下記式により算出する。

(4)洗濯と乾燥
JIS L0217−1998、103法により洗濯を行った後、JIS L1096−2010、8.24.1、A1法−2.3タンブラーにより乾燥する。なお、洗濯を3回(5回)行うときは洗濯を3回(5回)行った後、乾燥する。
(5)吸水性
JIS L1907−1998 5.1.2 バイレック法により測定する。
(6)乾燥性(乾燥速度)
AATCC TEST METHOD 201−2014により測定する。
(7)目付け
JISL1018−1998 6.4により測定する。
(8)厚さ
JISL1018−1998 6.5により測定する。
(9)紫外線保護係数UPF
オーストラリアニュージーランド規格(AS/NZS;4399:1996)に従い、分光光度計を用いて280〜400nmの紫外線透過率を測定し、これに所定のダメージ係数を考慮し算出する。
(10)防透性
試験者の目視判定により、4級:防透性に特に優れる、3級:防透性に優れる、2級:普通、1級:防透性に劣る、の4段階に評価する。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)を用いて通常の紡糸装置から280℃で溶融紡糸し、2800m/分の速度で引取り、延伸することなく巻取り、半延伸されたポリエステル糸条(単糸繊維の断面形状:丸断面)を得た。
実施例1において、糸種1の単糸数を変更して同様に糸種1(総繊度66dtex/144fil、捲縮率9.5%、トルク0T/m)を得た。また、使用する丸編機のゲージ数、糸種1、密度、目付け、厚さを表1の通り変更した。評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例2において、糸種1だけでなく、糸種2としてポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる仮撚捲縮加工糸(総繊度56dtex/72fil、捲縮率26%、トルク20T/m)も用いて密度、目付け、厚さを表1の通り変更した。その際、編組織を図2に示すニットミス組織とした。評価結果を表1に示す。なお、糸種1の重量比率は55重量%であった。
実施例3において、糸種1として実施例1と同じものを用いて、密度、目付け、厚さを表1の通り変更した。評価結果を表1に示す。なお、糸種1の重量比率は53重量%であった。
表1に示すように、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる仮撚捲縮加工糸(総繊度84dtex/72fil、捲縮率18%、トルク25T/m、艶消し剤の含有率0.3重量%)を用いて編地を得た。評価結果を表1に示す。

Claims (8)
- 30T/m以下のトルクを有する捲縮繊維のみからなる編地であって、編地の密度が60コース/2.54cm以上かつ45ウエール/2.54cm以上であり、かつ編地の厚さが0.45mm以下であり、前記捲縮繊維が、艶消し剤を0.1重量%以上含むポリエステルからなるS方向のトルクを有する仮撚捲縮加工糸と艶消し剤を0.1重量%以上含むポリエステルからなるZ方向のトルクを有する仮撚捲縮加工糸とを含み、単繊維繊度が0.3〜1.0dtexの複合糸であり、
編地の目付けが130g/m 2 以下であり、編地に親水化剤が付与されており、編地の表裏両方の表面において、JIS L1907−1998 5.1.2 バイレック法により測定した吸水性が7cm以上であり、かつAATCC TEST METHOD 201−2014より測定した乾燥性が10分以下であることを特徴とする編地。 - 前記捲縮繊維がインターレース加工を施された交絡糸である、請求項1に記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維のトルクがノントルクである、請求項1または請求項2に記載の編地。
- 前記捲縮繊維において、総繊度が40〜80dtexの範囲内である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 編地の厚さが0.30〜0.45mmの範囲内である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の編地。
- JIS L0217−1998、103法により3回の洗濯を行った後の編地の表裏少なくともどちらか一方表面において、JIS L1907−1998 5.1.2 バイレック法により測定した吸水性が8cm以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の編地。
- JIS L0217−1998、103法により5回の洗濯を行った後において、AATCC TEST METHOD 201−2014より測定した乾燥性が12分以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の編地。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の編地を用いてなる、衣料、裏地、芯地、靴下、腹巻、帽子、手袋、寝衣、布団側地、布団カバー、カーシート表皮材の群より選ばれるいずれかの繊維製品。
