Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る操作装置1を正面から見た概略平面図である。図1に示すように、詳細には、操作装置1は操作ユニット100に組み込まれている。本実施の形態においては、操作ユニット100は、一例として、車載用の操作ユニットである。換言すると、操作装置1は、一例として、車載用の操作装置である。操作装置1は、例えば、オーディオ、カーナビゲーション、エアコンディショナ、ドライブレコーダ、ラジオ等の操作装置であってよい。本実施の形態では、操作装置1は操作ユニット100の正面中央部に配置される。ただし、これは例示である。操作ユニット100における操作装置1の位置については適宜変更されてよい。
図3は、本発明の実施形態に係る操作つまみ2の概略分解斜視図である。図4は、本発明の実施形態に係る操作つまみ2の概略側面図である。図5は、図4のB−B位置における概略断面図である。なお、図2と図5とでは、操作つまみ2の切断位置が異なる。
本明細書で示す実施形態や変形例の構成は、本発明の例示にすぎない。実施形態や変形例の構成は、本発明の技術的思想を超えない範囲で適宜変更されてもよい。また、複数の実施形態及び変形例は、可能な範囲で組み合わせて実施されてよい。

Claims (12)
- 軸線を中心として回転する操作つまみを有する操作装置であって、
前記操作つまみは、
軸方向に延びる筒状のベース部材と、
前記ベース部材の径方向外側に配置される筒状の外側部材と、
前記ベース部材の径方向内側に配置される内側部材と、
を備え、
前記外側部材は、径方向内側に延び、前記ベース部材を径方向に貫通する貫通孔を通って前記内側部材に接する突起部を有する、操作装置。 - 前記ベース部材と前記内側部材とのうち、一方は爪部を有し、他方は前記爪部と嵌合する爪嵌合部を有する、請求項1に記載の操作装置。
- 前記貫通孔と、前記爪部又は前記爪嵌合部とは軸方向に並ぶ、請求項2に記載の操作装置。
- 前記突起部は、周方向に間隔をあけて複数設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記外側部材は、前記ベース部材より軟質の部材である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記外側部材を構成する材料を注入する注入口である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記内側部材は筒状である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記内側部材は、表面にめっき処理が施されためっき部材である、請求項7に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ベース部材の内部には、前記内側部材の軸方向の一端面と対向する環状面が設けられ、
前記環状面は凹凸パターンを有する、請求項7又は8に記載の操作装置。 - 前記内側部材の径方向内側に配置される操作ボタンと、
前記操作つまみを回転可能に支持するとともに、前記操作ボタンを軸方向に移動可能に支持する支持体と、
を更に有する、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。 - 前記支持体はエンコーダである、請求項10に記載の操作装置。
- 車載用の操作装置である、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置。
