Claims (22)
- 積層されかつ装飾されたパッケージング材料(10a;10b)を製造するための方法であって、
前記パッケージング材料(10a;10b)は、積層パッケージング材料から形成されるパッケージの外面へ向けて配向される第1の最外透明ポリマー層(16)と、基層(11)と、第1の最外層とは反対側の前記基層の他方の面に配置されるヒートシール可能なポリマーからなる第2の最外層(14(a,b,c))と、を備え、
前記積層パッケージング材料は、前記第1の最外透明ポリマー層(16)において、視認可能なまたは触覚で感知可能なパターン(17)もしくはその組み合わせを示し、
前記方法は、
a 積層パッケージング材料のウェブを形成するために別々の材料層を積層するステップであって、
i 前記基層(11;18,19,20,11)と、透明ポリマーからなる前記第1の最外層(16)とを、互いに隣接しかつ接触するように、積層するステップと、
ii ステップiの前あるいは後に、前記基層と、ヒートシール可能なポリマーからなる前記第2の最外層(14(a,b,c))とを、互いに対して積層されるように配置するステップと、

前記方法は、

前記積層パッケージング材料は、ステップdにおいて、ステップaとステップbとの間において、あるいはステップbの前に、中間保管または搬送のためにリールに巻き取られることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の最外透明ポリマー層(16)の薄さは、10から20μm、又は8から30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層パッケージング材料から製造されたパッケージの外側から視認可能な装飾のために、別々の材料層をともに積層するステップの前に、前記基層(11;18,19,20,11)に、前記最外透明ポリマー層(16)の内側に配置されかつ前記最外透明ポリマー層(16)に近接して配置される装飾パターン(15)をプリントするステップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層パッケージング材料における視認可能かつ/または触覚で感知可能な効果によって、装飾デザイン全体に対して、付加された寸法を提供するために、インプリントされる視認可能かつ/または触覚で感知可能なパターン(17)は、すでに付与されたプリント済みの装飾パターン(15)と一致するように整列されて付与されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記インプリントされる視認可能かつ/または触覚で感知可能なパターン(17)は、プリントされた異なるカラー同士の間で、前記プリント済みの装飾パターン内のアライメントと同じオーダーの正確さで、つまり±1mmから±0.1mmの制御された正確さで、前記すでに付与されたプリント済みの装飾パターン(15)と一致するように整列されて付与されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。

- 前記バリア層は、アルミニウムホイル層であり、アルミニウムホイルの厚さは、5〜7μm、又は5〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記インプリントの深さと、外側のインプリントされた層(X)(16;16,18,19,20)およびバルク層(11)の厚さ(Y)全体との比率は、0.20より小さい、又は0.25より小さい、又は0.30より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルク層(11)は、500kg/m3より大きい、又は400kg/m3より大きい、又は300kg/m3(ISO534)より大きい密度を有する厚紙であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルク層(11)は、250から400μm、又は200から500μm、又は150から660μmの厚さを有する厚紙であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルク層(11)は、80から300mN、又は30から480mNの曲げ剛性を有する厚紙であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾の全体のデザインに対する、加えられた寸法は、前記基層におけるプリントされた装飾(15)と相互作用する、最外透明層(16)およびパッケージング積層体におけるインプリントされたパターン(17)によってもたらされる、艶のある効果、マットな質感の効果、光回折効果、ホログラフ効果、または触覚で感知可能な表面テクスチャ効果から選択された1つの効果または2つ以上の効果の組み合わせによって、提供されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 最外透明ポリマー(16)は、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)または線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)もしくはその混合物が大部分を占めるポリオレフィンを含む前記積層パッケージング材料(10a;10b)から形成されたパッケージの効率的なシーリングに寄与するヒートシール可能なポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層パッケージング材料は、セルロース繊維、ポリマーを含むバルク層(11)を備えており、
前記バルク層(11)は、前記パッケージング材料からパッケージング容器を製造する際の前記積層パッケージング材料の折り曲げを容易にするために、別の方法ステップにおいて、弱化された折れ線を設けられており、
前記視認可能かつ/または触覚で感知可能なインプリントされたパターン(17)は、前記弱化された折れ線と前記基層にプリントされたプリント済みの装飾パターン(15)とに一致するように整列されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ステップcは、最外透明層(16)のポリマーの溶融温度つまり融点よりも低い温度で実施され、前記低い温度は、前記溶融温度よりも、少なくとも20℃低い、又は少なくとも10℃低いことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップcは、最外透明層(16)のポリマーのビカット軟化温度よりも低い温度で、23セルシウス度とビカット軟化温度との間の温度で、実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記インプリントローラ(231)または前記インプリントローラのマントル表面は、金属から形成されており、前記アンビルローラ(232)は80から98ショア硬度の硬度を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
