Claims (4)
- 地中熱を取得する地中熱取得手段を備え、前記地中熱取得手段により取得された地中熱を利用して冷房及び暖房の少なくとも一方の空調を行う地中熱空調システムであって、
前記地中熱取得手段により取得される地中熱温度を検出する第1検出手段と、
対象となる対象水の温度を検出する第2検出手段と、
前記第1検出手段により検出される地中熱温度と、前記第2検出手段により検出される対象水の温度との比較結果が所定条件を満たす場合に、地中熱を利用した前記空調を行わず、当該対象水を前記地中熱取得手段に供給する給水制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする地中熱空調システム。 - 前記給水制御手段は、前記第1検出手段により検出される地中熱温度よりも、前記第2検出手段により検出される対象水の温度の方が低い場合に、当該対象水を前記地中熱取得手段に供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の地中熱空調システム。 - 前記対象水は、水道管側から給水される水であって、
前記給水制御手段は、水道管側から給水される水を水道圧を利用して前記地中熱取得手段に供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の地中熱空調システム。 - 前記給水制御手段は、前記地中熱取得手段に供給されて前記地中熱取得手段から排出される水を、外部からの熱量を受け入れて内部の湯水を加熱可能な貯湯槽に供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の地中熱空調システム。
