Claims (4)
- 油圧ポンプと、前記油圧ポンプから供給される圧油によって駆動する油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧アクチュエータを操作するための操作装置と、パイロットポンプと、前記パイロットポンプから供給される圧油から前記操作装置の操作量に応じた油圧信号であるパイロット圧を生成する油圧パイロット弁と、前記油圧パイロット弁からの前記パイロット圧によって駆動され、前記油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御するための方向制御弁と、を備えた建設機械において、
前記操作装置の操作モードを通常モード又は制御モードに選択的に切り替える切替装置と、
前記方向制御弁に作用させる前記パイロット圧を調整するパイロット圧調整装置と、
前記パイロット圧を検出するパイロット圧検出器と、を有し、
前記パイロット圧調整装置は、
前記油圧パイロット弁と前記方向制御弁とを接続し、第1電磁減圧弁が設けられたパイロット管路と、
前記パイロットポンプと前記方向制御弁とを、前記油圧パイロット弁をバイパスして接続し、電磁開閉弁及び第2電磁減圧弁が設けられたバイパス管路と、
前記切替装置及び前記パイロット圧検出器からの信号が入力され、前記第1電磁減圧弁、前記電磁開閉弁、及び前記第2電磁減圧弁にそれぞれ駆動信号を出力するコントローラと、を有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記切替装置及び前記パイロット圧検出器からの信号に基づいて、所定の目標パイロット圧を設定する目標パイロット圧設定部と、
前記パイロット圧検出器からの信号及び前記目標パイロット圧設定部からの情報に基づいて、前記駆動信号を出力する駆動指令部と、を含み、
前記目標パイロット圧設定部は、前記切替装置の操作によって前記操作装置の操作モードが前記制御モードに切り替えられた場合に、前記制御モードに切り替えられた時点における前記パイロット圧検出器で検出された前記パイロット圧を、前記所定の目標パイロット圧に設定し、
前記駆動指令部は、前記パイロット圧検出器で検出される前記パイロット圧が前記所定の目標パイロット圧よりも高いときに、前記所定の目標パイロット圧になるように前記第1電磁減圧弁に前記駆動信号を出力する一方、前記パイロット圧検出器で検出される前記パイロット圧が前記所定の目標パイロット圧よりも低いときに、前記所定の目標パイロット圧になるように前記電磁開閉弁及び前記第2電磁減圧弁にそれぞれ前記駆動信号を出力する
ことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記パイロット圧検出器で検出される前記パイロット圧と前記所定の目標パイロット圧との差圧が所定の第1閾値以下である場合、前記駆動指令部は、前記操作装置の操作量に応じた前記パイロット圧になるように、前記第1電磁減圧弁に前記駆動信号を出力する
ことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記操作装置の操作モードが前記制御モードから前記通常モードに切り替わった場合、前記駆動指令部は、時間的な遅れを持たせて前記操作装置の操作量に応じた前記パイロット圧になるように、時間的な遅れ要素を付加した前記駆動信号を前記第1電磁減圧弁に出力する
ことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記パイロット圧検出器で検出される前記パイロット圧と前記所定の目標パイロット圧との差圧が所定の第2閾値以上である場合、前記駆動指令部は、時間的な遅れを持たせて前記操作装置の操作量に応じた前記パイロット圧になるように、時間的な遅れ要素を付加した前記駆動信号を前記第1電磁減圧弁に出力する
ことを特徴とする建設機械。
