Description
図1,2に示すように、ターボチャージャ20は、所謂可変容量型ターボチャージャであって、排気ガスにより駆動する図示しないタービンを収容したタービンハウジング21と、タービンと同軸に設けられて吸気を圧送する図示しないコンプレッサを収容したコンプレッサハウジング22と、タービンに設けられた図示しない可変ノズルとを備えている。可変ノズルは、後述するアクチュエータ30によって作動される。
図3に示すように、第二実施形態に係るアクチュエータ30は、第一実施形態の遮熱用縦壁部41を円筒状に形成して、ブーツ34の外周面全体を遮熱カバー部材40によって覆うように構成したものである。

Claims (3)
- 排気により駆動されるタービンを収容したタービンハウジング及び、前記タービンと同軸に配置されて吸気を圧送するコンプレッサを収容したコンプレッサハウジングを含むターボチャージャの可動部を作動させるアクチュエータであって、
一端側を前記可動部にリンク結合されたロッドと、
前記ロッドの他端側を摺動自在に軸支する軸受部を有するケースと、
前記ロッドと前記軸受部との摺動部を覆うと共に、その外周面の少なくとも一部が前記タービンハウジングの外周面に臨むブーツと、
前記タービンハウジングと前記ブーツとの間に配置された遮熱部材と、を備え、
前記遮熱部材が、少なくとも前記タービンハウジングに臨む前記ブーツの外周面を覆う縦壁部と、前記ブーツの先端側を覆う遮熱用フランジ部とを有し、
前記縦壁部が、円筒状に形成されて前記ブーツの外周面全体を覆う
ことを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記遮熱部材が、前記縦壁部の基端部から外周側に屈曲形成されると共に前記ケースに固定される固定用フランジ部を複数有し、
前記固定用フランジ部が、周方向にそれぞれ離間して設けられる
請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記ロッド及び前記ブーツの少なくとも先端側を前記タービンハウジングと前記コンプレッサハウジングとの間に挿入させて前記ケースを前記タービンハウジング又は前記コンプレッサハウジングの少なくとも一方に隣接して取り付けるためのブラケットをさらに備える
請求項1又は2に記載のアクチュエータ。
