Description
以上、本実施の形態によれば、連結部70に備えられた防振装置500によって、サスペンション60を通じた洗濯槽20の前後方向の振動が保持プレート80へ伝達されるのを抑制するようにしたので、スライドレール100により動き易くされた保持プレート80の前後方向の振動を抑制できる。これにより、洗濯槽20の振動に起因して扉部90と外装ケース10との間で細かな衝突が繰り返される、ということを抑制でき、騒音や扉部90等の破損の発生を抑制できる。
図5は、変更例1に係る、全自動洗濯機1の構成を示す要部の断面図である。なお、図5では、サスペンション60と連結部70の図示が省略されている。
上記実施の形態では、洗濯槽20が、左右2つの保持プレート80によって保持された。しかしながら、洗濯槽20を保持する保持部の構成は、これに限られず、たとえば、図6(a)に示すように、前後左右4つの保持プレート80Aが設けられ、左側の2つの保持プレート80Aが左の可動レール102に取り付けられる構成が採られてもよい。あるいは、図6(b)に示すように、1つの保持プレート80Bが設けられ、この保持プレート80Bの左右の側面に左右の可動レール102が取り付けられる構成が採られてもよい。さらには、保持部として、図6(c)に示すような、上面が開放されたキャビネット80Cが設けられ、このキャビネット80Cの左右の側面下部に可動レール102が取り付けられる構成が採られてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 前面に出入口を有する外装ケースと、
前記出入口を通じて前記外装ケースから出し入れ可能な、洗濯物の洗濯および脱水が行われる洗濯槽と、
前記洗濯槽の下方に配置され、サスペンションを介して前記洗濯槽を保持する保持部と、
前記洗濯槽の前方にて前記保持部に固定され、前記洗濯槽が前記外槽ケースに収容された状態において前記出入口を塞ぐ扉部と、
前記保持部と前記外装ケースとの間に設けられ、前記保持部を前記洗濯槽および扉部とともに前後方向に直線的に移動させるスライド機構部と、
前記サスペンションと前記保持部とを連結させる連結部と、を備え、
前記連結部は、前記洗濯槽の前後方向の振動が前記サスペンションを介して前記保持部へ伝達されるのを抑制する防振部を有し、
前記防振部は、前記保持部側に設けられる移動路と、前記サスペンション側に設けられ、前記移動路上を前後方向に移動する移動体とを含み、
前記移動体が前記移動路上を移動するときの摩擦抵抗が、前記スライド機構部が前記保持部を移動させるときの摩擦抵抗よりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする洗濯機。 - 請求項1に記載の洗濯機において、
前記移動体は、左右方向に動かないように前記移動路によって案内される、
ことを特徴とする洗濯機。 - 前面に出入口を有する外装ケースと、
前記出入口を通じて前記外装ケースから出し入れ可能な、洗濯物の洗濯および脱水が行われる洗濯槽と、
前記洗濯槽の下方に配置され、サスペンションを介して前記洗濯槽を保持する保持部と、
前記洗濯槽の前方にて前記保持部に固定され、前記洗濯槽が前記外槽ケースに収容された状態において前記出入口を塞ぐ扉部と、
前記保持部と前記外装ケースとの間に設けられ、前記保持部を前記洗濯槽および扉部とともに前後方向に直線的に移動させるスライド機構部と、
前記サスペンションと前記保持部とを連結させる連結部と、を備え、
前記連結部は、前記洗濯槽の前後方向の振動が前記サスペンションを介して前記保持部へ伝達されるのを抑制する防振部を有し、
前記扉部は、緩衝部材を介して前記保持部に固定される、
ことを特徴とする洗濯機。
