Description
Claims (5)
- 視認素子傾動部を傾動支持部に内側ピボットと外側ピボットの少なくとも2個の同心異径ピボットで支持して視認角度を調整可能に構成した視認角度調整機構において、
前記内側ピボットは、ねじ止め無しで、ピボット凸部およびピボット凹部の一方または双方の弾性による無理嵌めで組み付けられているものであり、
前記外側ピボットは、外側ピボット凸面および外側ピボット凹面の一方または双方の湾曲面の周方向の複数箇所に配置された複数の弾性片を有し、
前記一方または双方の湾曲面は該湾曲面の周方向の複数箇所に開口部を有し、
前記開口部は開口の周縁が閉じた構成を有し、
前記弾性片は前記開口部内に、該弾性片の一部が該開口部の周縁部に支持された状態で配置され、
前記外側ピボットは前記内側ピボットの前記無理嵌めにより組み付けられて、前記双方の湾曲面どうしが対面するとともに、前記複数の弾性片が配置されている箇所では、該弾性片が、対向する前記湾曲面に弾性当接している、
そのような構成を有する視認角度調整機構。 - 前記弾性片は、前記外側ピボット凸面および前記外側ピボット凹面の一方または双方の湾曲面を切り欠いて片持ち支持状に構成されている請求項1に記載の視認角度調整機構。
- 前記弾性片は、該弾性片が配置されている湾曲面の周方向の均等位置に5箇所以上配置されている請求項1または2に記載の視認角度調整機構。
- 前記弾性片は対向する湾曲面に向けて突出する突起を有し、該突起で該対向する湾曲面に当接する請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の視認角度調整機構。
- 前記ピボット凸部および前記ピボット凹部の少なくとも一方は、軸方向に割りが形成されて周方向に分割されている請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の視認角度調整機構。
