Claims (4)
- 多数のコアプレートが積層され、隣り合うコアプレートの間に第1媒体が通流する第1媒体通路と第2媒体が通流する第2媒体通路とが積層方向に交互に形成されるとともに、上記第1媒体もしくは上記第2媒体が通流する縦通路が積層方向に沿って形成されたコアと、
通路ポートが開口形成されたベースプレートと、
このベースプレートと上記コアとの間に介装されるディスタンスプレートと、を有し、
上記縦通路と上記通路ポートとは積層方向と直交する方向に離れて配置されており、
上記ディスタンスプレートは、上記ベースプレートの上面に接合される薄板状の底壁部と、上記縦通路と上記通路ポートとを連通する連通路の周囲を囲うように、上記底壁部より積層方向に膨出した細長く延びた膨出部と、を有し、
この膨出部には、全周に亘る先端のフランジ部を残して上記縦通路と上記通路ポートとの間に開口部が開口形成されており、上記フランジ部が上記コアの最下段のコアプレートの下面に接合されており、上記膨出部の内壁面と上記ベースプレートの上面と上記コアの最下段のコアプレートの下面とにより囲まれる空間によって、上記連通路が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 上記ディスタンスプレートの底壁部の上面と上記最下段のコアプレートの下面との間に、上記第1媒体もしくは上記第2媒体が通流する補助通路が形成されており、
この補助通路と上記連通路とが上記膨出部により仕切られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 上記ディスタンスプレートには、上記底壁部の上面より上方へ突出し、先端が上記最下段のコアプレートの下面に当接する複数のディンプルが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記コアには、上記通路ポートと連通する縦通路とは別個に、上記第1媒体通路と上記第2媒体通路の一方に連通する第2の縦通路が積層方向に沿って形成され、
この第2の縦通路と上記通路ポートとは上記積層方向で一部オーバーラップしており、
上記膨出部は、上記通路ポートの近傍の底壁部より立ち上がり、先端の上記フランジ部が上記第2の縦通路の周囲に位置する上記最下段のコアプレートの下面に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
