Claims (7)
- 気密封止ガラスパッケージを形成するための電磁波照射によるガラス−ガラス封着に用いられるガラス封着シートにおいて、
第1の面及び第2の面を有するガラスコア層、
前記ガラスコア層の前記第1の面に接合された第1のクラッド層、及び
前記ガラスコア層の前記第2の面に接合された第2のクラッド層、
を含み、
前記第1のクラッド層が、第1の熱膨張係数を有し、鉄、銅、バナジウム、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、クロム、ネオジム及びセリウムからなる群から選ばれる放射吸収成分を含むガラス組成で形成されており、
前記第2のクラッド層がポリマー組成で形成されかつ第2の熱膨張係数を有し、
前記第1の熱膨張係数と前記第2の熱膨張係数の間の差が、0×10 −7 /℃から10×10 −7 /℃の範囲にある、
ことを特徴とするガラス封着シート。 - 前記ガラスコア層が、前記第1の熱膨張係数より0×10−7/℃から50×10−7/℃大きい、コア熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第1のクラッド層の前記ガラス組成が、
50モル%から75モル%のSiO2、
1モル%から20モル%のAl2O3、
8モル%から30モル%のB2O3、
0モル%から6モル%のNa2O、
0モル%から2モル%のLi2O、
0モル%から3モル%のK2O、
0.5モル%から5モル%の放射吸収成分、及び
0モル%から5モル%のTiO2、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。 - 前記第1のクラッド層及び前記第2のクラッド層が30μmから150μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第2のクラッド層の前記ポリマー組成が、鉄、銅、バナジウム、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、クロム、ネオジム及びセリウムからなる群から選ばれる放射吸収成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記ガラス封着シートが1mmより薄い総厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第1のクラッド層及び前記第2のクラッド層が、20MPaから250MPaの圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項に記載のガラス封着シート。
