Claims (4)
- 前方道路のうち、現在位置から、現在の走行速度と所定時間との積である距離離れた位置までの区間を所定区間として設定する区間設定部と、
前記所定区間を走行した場合に受ける抵抗、現在の変速段、および前記現在の走行速度に基づいて、前記所定区間を走行した場合の走行速度を予測する速度予測部と、
予測した走行速度の最小値が所定値より小さくなった場合に、変速機にシフトダウンを実行させる変速制御部と、
を備え、
前記シフトダウン後、前記区間設定部は、前記シフトダウン後における前記走行速度と、前記所定の時間との積から再算出された距離に基づいて、前記シフトダウン後における前記現在位置から前記再算出された距離離れた位置までを再設定された所定区間とし、
前記速度予測部は、前記再設定された所定区間を前記シフトダウン後の第2の変速段で走行した場合の前記再設定された所定区間における前記走行速度の推移を再度予測する、
車両。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記最小値が所定値より小さくならない場合には、前記変速機にシフトダウンを実行させない、
請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記速度予測部により予測される前記走行速度の推移は、前記車両が前記所定区間をアクセル開度が全開の状態で走行した場合の推移である、
請求項1または2に記載の走行制御装置。 - 前方道路のうち、現在位置から、現在の走行速度と所定時間との積である距離離れた位置までの区間を所定区間として設定し、
前記所定区間を走行した場合に受ける抵抗と現在の変速段とに基づいて、前記所定区間を走行した場合の走行速度の最小値を予測し、
前記最小値が所定値より小さくなった場合に変速機にシフトダウンを実行させ、
前記シフトダウン後、前記シフトダウン後における前記走行速度と、前記所定の時間との積から再算出された距離に基づいて、前記シフトダウン後における前記現在位置から前記再算出された距離離れた位置までを再設定された所定区間とし、
前記再設定された所定区間を前記シフトダウン後の第2の変速段で走行した場合の前記再設定された所定区間における前記走行速度の推移を再度予測する、
