Description
Claims (15)
- 心臓の弁を移植するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは、流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体を有し、該筒状体は、前記流入端と前記流出端の間の外表面に予め形成された溝を有し、該溝は、前記筒状体の外周に少なくとも部分的に伸びていて、前記筒状体の半径方向の外側に向かって開口しており、
前記システムは、さらに、前記筒状体内に設置されて取り付けられる弁と、
前記溝の周方向に伸びる少なくとも部分的な環を形成し、前記溝内に自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分を捕捉するように構成された捕捉部材とを有し、前記捕捉部材は、一つ以上の掛かりを含み、
前記掛かりは前記捕捉部材の半径方向の内側面に配置され、
前記掛かりは、前記捕捉部材から離れる方向に伸びるものであり、前記掛かりが展開することで、前記システムが前記自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分に固定されるように構成されたものであるシステム。 - 前記捕捉部材は、前記捕捉部材が前記溝の周方向に伸びる際に、前記溝の流入側に向かって配置される第1の掛かり群と、前記捕捉部材が前記溝の周方向に伸びる際に、前記溝の流出側に向かって配置される第2の掛かり群とを含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記掛かりは、螺旋状の掛かりであり、該螺旋状の掛かりがその長手軸周りに回転する際に、自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の第1の部分と自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の第2の部分とが一緒に固定されるように構成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記捕捉部材は、内部部材と外部管を含み、前記外部管は、複数の孔を有し、前記掛かりは、前記内部部材に位置するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記内部部材は、前記孔と前記掛かりが実質的に揃うように、前記外部管に対して移動し、前記孔を通して前記掛かりが展開するように構成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記内部部材に取り外し可能に装着されたプッシャー管を有し、前記プッシャー管は、前記内部部材を押して、前記内部部材を前記外部管に対して、前記内部部材の長手方向に移動させる、又は回転させるように構成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記掛かりは、第1の搬送形態と第2の展開形態をとり、前記搬送形態は前記展開形態と実質的に垂直になるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記掛かりは、前記第2の展開形態において、弓状に曲がるものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記溝の周方向に伸びる環を形成し、前記自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分を前記溝内に誘導するように構成された細長い外部部材を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記筒状体の側面に位置する第1の端と、第2の自由端を持つ突起を有し、前記突起と前記筒状体の間に前記溝が定められ、前記溝が、前記筒状体と前記突起の前記第2の自由端の間に位置する開口を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分に固定されるように、少なくとも一つの掛かりが、前記突起に取り付けられるものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記筒状体と前記突起の間に袋を形成する布を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記溝が、前記筒状体の側面の窪みによって定められるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記溝の開口が、前記捕捉部材の最大外径よりも大きいものであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 心臓の弁を移植するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは、流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体を有し、該筒状体は、前記流入端と前記流出端の間の外表面に予め形成された溝を有し、該溝は、前記筒状体の外周に少なくとも部分的に伸びていて、前記筒状体の半径方向の外側に向かって開口しており、
前記システムは、さらに、前記筒状体内に設置されて取り付けられる弁と、
前記溝の周方向に伸びる少なくとも部分的な環を形成し、前記溝内に自然弁の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分を捕捉するように構成された捕捉部材とを有し、前記捕捉部材は、一つ以上の掛かりを含み、
前記捕捉部材は、前記捕捉部材が前記溝の周方向に伸びる際に、前記溝の流入側に向かって配置される第1の掛かり群と、前記捕捉部材が前記溝の周方向に伸びる際に、前記溝の流出側に向かって配置される第2の掛かり群とのうち少なくとも一つの掛かり群を含むものであるシステム。
