Description

Claims (18)
- 受信システムにおいて信号を位相シフトさせる方法であって、
一以上の周波数帯域を示す帯域選択信号を受信することと、
前記受信システムを通過する複数の経路の一以上を、前記帯域選択信号に基づいてアクティブにすることであって、前記複数の経路は、第1周波数帯域に対応する第1経路、及び第2周波数帯域に対応する第2経路を含むことと、
前記第1経路にある第1位相シフト部品と前記第2経路にある第2位相シフト部品とに、チューニング信号を送信することと、
前記第1位相シフト部品を通過する前記第2周波数帯域の信号を、前記第2経路に沿って伝播する初期信号と前記第1経路に沿って伝播する反射信号とが少なくとも部分的に同相となるように前記第1位相シフト部品を使用して位相シフトすることと
を含み、
前記第1位相シフト部品を使用した前記第2周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトは、前記第1経路にある一以上の部品を通る逆方向伝播、前記一以上の部品を通る順方向伝播、及び前記逆方向伝播から前記順方向伝播への遷移によって引き起こされる位相シフトに基づく方法。 - 前記第1経路における前記第1周波数帯域の信号を、第1増幅器によって増幅することをさらに含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1増幅器が前記第2周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトを引き起こす請求項2の方法。
- 前記第1位相シフト部品を使用した位相シフトは、前記第1増幅器を通る逆方向伝播、前記第1増幅器を通る順方向伝播、及び前記逆方向伝播から前記順方向伝播への遷移によって引き起こされる位相シフトに基づく請求項3の方法。
- 前記第1位相シフト部品を通過する第3周波数帯域の信号を、前記第1位相シフト部品を使用して位相シフトすることをさらに含み、
前記第1位相シフト部品を使用した前記第3周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトは、前記第1増幅器によって引き起こされる前記第3周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトに基づく請求項2の方法。 - 前記第2経路における前記第2周波数帯域の信号を、第2増幅器によって増幅することをさらに含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記第2位相シフト部品を通過する第1周波数帯域の信号を、前記第1経路に沿って伝播する初期信号と前記第2経路に沿って伝播する反射信号とが少なくとも部分的に同相となるように前記第2位相シフト部品を使用して位相シフトすることをさらに含み、
前記第2位相シフト部品を使用した前記第1周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトは、前記第2増幅器を通る逆方向伝播、前記第2増幅器を通る順方向伝播、及び前記逆方向伝播から前記順方向伝播への遷移によって引き起こされる位相シフトに基づく請求項6の方法。 - 前記受信システムの入力部において受信した入力信号を、前記第1経路に沿って伝播する第1周波数帯域の第1信号と、前記第2経路に沿って伝播する第2周波数帯域の第2信号とに分割することをさらに含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1信号と前記第2信号とを結合させることをさらに含む請求項8の方法。
- 前記一以上の経路をアクティブにすることは、前記一以上の経路に沿って配置された増幅器をイネーブル又はディセーブルすることを含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1位相シフト部品を使用した前記第2周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトは、前記初期信号及び前記反射信号の合計の振幅が前記初期信号の振幅よりも大きくなるように構成される請求項1の方法。
- 受信システムにおいて信号を位相シフトさせる方法であって、
一以上の周波数帯域を示す帯域選択信号を受信することと、
前記受信システムを通る複数の経路の一以上を、前記帯域選択信号に基づいてアクティブにすることであって、前記複数の経路は、第1周波数帯域に対応する第1経路、及び第2周波数帯域に対応する第2経路を含むことと、
前記第1経路にある第1位相シフト部品と前記第2経路にある第2位相シフト部品とに、チューニング信号を送信することと、
前記第1経路における第2周波数帯域の信号を、前記第1位相シフト部品を使用して、前記第2経路に沿って伝播する第1初期信号と前記第1経路に沿って伝播する第1反射信号とが少なくとも部分的に同相となるように位相シフトすることと
を含み、
前記第1位相シフト部品を使用した前記第2周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトは、前記第1経路にある一以上の部品を通る逆方向伝播、前記一以上の部品を通る順方向伝播、及び前記逆方向伝播から前記順方向伝播への遷移によって引き起こされる前記第2周波数帯域における位相シフトに基づく方法。 - 前記第1経路における前記第1周波数帯域の信号を、第1増幅器によって増幅することをさらに含む請求項12の方法。
- 前記第1増幅器が前記第2周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトを引き起こす請求項13の方法。
- 前記第2経路における第2周波数帯域の信号を、前記第2位相シフト部品を使用して、前記第1経路に沿って伝播する第2初期信号と前記第2経路に沿って伝播する第2反射信号とが少なくとも部分的に同相となるように位相シフトすることをさらに含む請求項12の方法。
- 前記第1経路における第3周波数帯域の信号を、前記第1位相シフト部品を使用して、前記複数の経路の、前記第3周波数帯域に対応する第3経路に沿って伝播する第3初期信号と、前記第1経路に沿って伝播する第3反射信号とが、少なくとも部分的に同相となるように位相シフトすることをさらに含む請求項12の方法。
- 前記第1位相シフト部品を使用した前記第2周波数帯域の信号の位相シフトは、前記第1初期信号及び前記第1反射信号が360度の整数倍の位相差を有するように構成される請求項12の方法。
- 前記一以上のアクティブにされた経路に沿って伝播する信号の帯域外雑音指数又は帯域外利得の少なくとも一方を減少させることをさらに含む請求項12の方法。
