実施例および比較例で得られた各乳化保湿化粧料約０．５ｇを手の甲に塗布し、塗布時の「馴染み」、並びに、塗布後１分後の塗布部分の「べたつきのなさ」及び「保湿感」について官能評価を行い、下記基準に従って判定した。なお、評価は、２名の専門評価員が、２５℃の条件下で実施した。
