窒化ケイ素バリア膜の厚さe2は、試験に依存して、12〜24nmで変化した。
本発明のグレージングユニットは、霧又は霜などの水分凝結の出現を、大幅に低減させることを可能にする。
Claims (18)
- 使用位置でグレージングユニットの面1を形成することを企図された一面に、ガラス基材(1)から、
75〜120nmの範囲にある物理的厚さe1の酸化インジウムスズに基づく透明導電性酸化物膜(2)と、
物理的厚さe2の窒化ケイ素バリア膜(3)と、
次に酸化シリコンに基づく膜(4)と
を含む、薄膜多層を備えた該ガラス基材(1)を含むグレージングユニットであって、
ここで、ナノメートルで表される前記厚さe1とe2は、0.11≦e2/e1≦0.18である、
グレージングユニット。 - 該グレージングユニットが、多重グレージングユニットである、請求項1に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該多重グレージングユニットが2重又は3重グレージングユニットである、請求項2に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該ガラス基材(1)が熱的にテンパリングされた、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該透明導電性酸化物膜(2)の放射率が0.4以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該e2/e1比が0.12〜0.15の範囲にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該酸化シリコンに基づく膜(4)の物理的厚さが20〜100nmの範囲にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- その物理的厚さが多くても30nmである、該酸化チタンに基づく光触媒膜(5)が、該酸化シリコンに基づく膜(4)の上方に置かれる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 中和膜又は膜多層(6)が、該基材(1)と該透明導電性酸化物膜(2)との間に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該基材(1)と該中和膜又は該膜多層(6)との間に接着膜(7)が配置された、請求項9に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 面1の上に配置される該薄膜多層が、
・ガラス/SiOx/SiOxNy/ITO/SiNx/SiOx/TiOx
・ガラス/SiOx/SiNx/SiOx/ITO/SiNx/SiOx/TiOx
・ガラス/SiNx/SiOx/ITO/SiNx/SiOx/TiOx
から選択される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。 - 該グレージングユニットが、面2〜5から選択される少なくとも1つの他の面が、低放射率多層で被覆される3重グレージングユニットである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該グレージングユニットが、面2と5のうちの少なくとも1つが、低放射率多層で被覆される3重グレージングユニットである、請求項12に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該グレージングユニットの少なくとも1つの他の面がニオビウム又は窒化ニオビウムに基づく日射制御多層で被覆されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該日射制御多層が窒化ニオビウムに基づく、請求項14に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 該膜をカソードスパッタリングにより堆積し、次に該透明導電性酸化物膜(2)の結晶性を改良するために熱処理に付し、該熱処理は、テンパリング処理、アニール処理、及び迅速アニール処理から選択される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のグレージングユニットを得るための方法。
- 該迅速アニールは、炎、プラズマトーチ、又はレーザー光を使用して行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
