前記樹脂部に剥離防止部を設け、少なくとも、前記金型を離脱させた際に前記樹脂部が前記金型の離脱方向に剥離するのを防止するようにし、
前記剥離防止部は、前記端子が設けられる先端側に設けてなり、
さらに、前記剥離防止部は、前記樹脂部の先端側に向かうとともに前記端子の底壁の内面に向かって傾斜するテーパによって形成されるとともに、該テーパの先端側を前記端子の底壁の内面に密着して形成してなり、
さらに、前記剥離防止部は、前記テーパを複数段形成してなるものであり、
前記テーパは、前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパと、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパと、を備え、
前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパの傾斜角度を、前記端子の底壁の内面に対する該樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパの傾斜角度とし、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパそれぞれの傾斜角度を、前記端子の底壁の内面に対する該樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパそれぞれの傾斜角度としたとき、該樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパは、それぞれの傾斜角度が、前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパの傾斜角度よりも大きくなるように形成され、
前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパと、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパとは、前記金型を離脱させた際に前記樹脂部にかかる剪断接着力にて該樹脂部が前記金型の離脱方向に持ち上がる力が前記樹脂部と前記端子の底壁の内面との密着力よりも大きくならないような傾斜に形成され、
さらに、前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパと、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパとは、前記導体露出部が前記樹脂部から露出しないような傾斜に形成されることを特徴とする。
まず、電線2と端子3を電気的に接続させる。しかる後、端子3と接続されて状態の電線2を上下型からなる金型(図示せず)にセットする。つづいて、金型内のキャビティに樹脂を注入する。そうすることにより、端子3における第2連結部9の一対の傾斜側壁から電線2の端末部までの外周が樹脂によって完全に覆われる。すなわち、導体が接続された端子3の導体露出部が樹脂によって覆われる。しかる後、樹脂が固化することによって樹脂部4が形成され、図1における端子付き電線1が完成する。
図11及び図12において、端子付き電線100には、樹脂部104が形成されている。なお、端子付き電線100は、樹脂部104以外は、本実施例における端子付き電線1と同一の構成を備えるものである。したがって、本実施例と同一の構成部材には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。また、端子付き電線100において、端子3が設けられる側を先端側と、電線2が設けられる側を後端側と、それぞれ定義するものとする。
Claims (1)
- 導体が接続された端子の導体露出部に樹脂を金型で成形することによって前記導体露出部を覆う樹脂部を形成してなる端子付き電線において、
前記樹脂部に剥離防止部を設け、少なくとも、前記金型を離脱させた際に前記樹脂部が前記金型の離脱方向に剥離するのを防止するようにし、
前記剥離防止部は、前記端子が設けられる先端側に設けてなり、
さらに、前記剥離防止部は、前記樹脂部の先端側に向かうとともに前記端子の底壁の内面に向かって傾斜するテーパによって形成されるとともに、該テーパの先端側を前記端子の底壁の内面に密着して形成してなり、
さらに、前記剥離防止部は、前記テーパを複数段形成してなるものであり、
前記テーパは、前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパと、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパと、を備え、
前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパの傾斜角度を、前記端子の底壁の内面に対する該樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパの傾斜角度とし、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパそれぞれの傾斜角度を、前記端子の底壁の内面に対する該樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパそれぞれの傾斜角度としたとき、該樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパは、それぞれの傾斜角度が、前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパの傾斜角度よりも大きくなるように形成され、
前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパと、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパとは、前記金型を離脱させた際に前記樹脂部にかかる剪断接着力にて該樹脂部が前記金型の離脱方向に持ち上がる力が前記樹脂部と前記端子の底壁の内面との密着力よりも大きくならないような傾斜に形成され、
さらに、前記樹脂部の最も先端側に配置されるテーパと、前記樹脂部の先端側とは反対側に配置される1又は複数段のテーパとは、前記導体露出部が前記樹脂部から露出しないような傾斜に形成される
ことを特徴とする端子付き電線。
