Description
Claims (16)
- 処置中に海綿骨を圧縮するための装置であって、
傾斜した遠位端を有する第1チューブと、
前記第1チューブの傾斜した遠位端に対して遠位側に位置する近位端を有する第2チューブと、
前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブが内部に配置された第3チューブと、
前記第3チューブの外側に、前記第1チューブの傾斜した遠位端の近位側で固定された近位端、および、前記第2チューブの近位端の遠位側で固定された遠位端を有する膨張可能部材とを備え、
前記第1チューブは、前記傾斜した遠位端を通じて前記膨張可能部材内に膨張用媒質を運搬するように動作可能であり、
前記第2チューブは、前記膨張可能部材の膨張中に前記第1チューブの傾斜した遠位端から遠位方向に移動する、
装置。 - 前記第3チューブは、前記膨張可能部材に接合されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第3チューブは、Pellethane(登録商標)である、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第2チューブは、前記膨張可能部材の収縮中に、前記第1チューブの傾斜した遠位端に向かって近位側に移動する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記膨張可能部材は、膨張の際、径方向に加えて長手方向にも膨張する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記膨張用媒質は、アクチュエータを用いて前記膨張可能部材の内部に導入される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記膨張可能部材の両端は、それぞれ前記第3チューブに直接に接合されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第3チューブは弾性を有し、前記膨張可能部材の膨張中に延伸し、かつ、前記膨張可能部材の収縮中に収縮する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記膨張可能部材は、複数のひだを有している、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1チューブの内部に配置されたシム・スペーサをさらに備えた、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 海綿骨を圧縮する装置を製造する方法であって、
カテーテルシャフトの上に膨張可能部材を配置するステップであって、前記カテーテルシャフトは、傾斜した遠位端を有する第1チューブと、前記傾斜した遠位端に対して遠位側に位置する第2チューブと、前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブの両方の内部に配置されたマンドレルと、前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブの両方の上に固定された第3チューブとを備えているステップと、
前記第1チューブの上の位置で、前記膨張可能部材の近位端を前記第3チューブに接合するステップと、
前記第2チューブの上の位置で、前記膨張可能部材の遠位端を前記第3チューブに接合するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記第3チューブは、2つのチューブサブ領域から構成され、
前記カテーテルシャフトの上に膨張可能部材を配置するステップの前に、前記第1チューブを内部に有する第1チューブサブ領域を、前記第2チューブを内部に有する第2チューブサブ領域に接合して、前記第3チューブを構成するステップをさらに含む、
請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブとの間の位置で、前記第1チューブサブ領域および前記第2チューブサブ領域を前記マンドレルに接合するステップをさらに含む、
