Description

Claims (15)
- 静脈弁不全を治療するための血管装置であって。該血管装置は、
第1の上流側部分および第2の下流側部分を有する細長い部材と、
前記第1の上流側部分に設けられ、第1の細長い挿入位置から第2の拡張位置に移動可能である第1の保持部分と、
前記第2の下流側部分に設けられ、第1の細長い挿入位置から第2の拡張位置に移動可能である第2の保持部分と、
前記第1の上流側部分と前記第2の下流側部分との間に位置決めされた中間のループ状部分と、
前記中間のループ状部分によって支持され、血流を可能にする開放位置と、血流を阻止する閉鎖位置との間で移動可能である弁と、を含み、
前記中間のループ状部分は、血管の内径に応じて異なる径のループに調節可能であり、
前記弁を保持するために前記中間のループ状部分から延び前記中間のループ状部分に対して摺動可能である部材をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする血管装置。 - 前記部材は、前記弁の上方部分に連結されるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第1の保持部分は、ループ状部分である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第2の保持部分は、ループ状部分である、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第1の保持部分は、第1のループ状部分および第2のループ状部分を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第2の保持部分は、第1のループ状部分および第2のループ状部分を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1または5に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第1の保持部分および/または前記第2の保持部分のループは、前記細長い部材の長手方向軸線と実質的に垂直である、ことを特徴とする請求項3ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記中間のループ状部分上に取り付けられたカラーをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記弁を保持するために前記中間のループ状部分から延びるもう1つの部材をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記もう1つの部材は、前記中間のループ状部分に固定的に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の血管装置。
- 前記部材は、前記カラーに対して摺動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の血管装置。
- 前記細長い部材、前記中間のループ状部分、前記第1の保持部分、および前記第2の保持部分は、単一のワイヤから形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1−11のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記弁は、実質的に円錐形状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1−12のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記血管装置の回収のために前記細長い部材の前記上流側部分および前記下流側部分の一方または両方に設けられた回収構造をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1−13のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第1の保持部分および前記第2の保持部分は、前記細長い部材の一方の側で半径方向に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1−14のいずれか1項に記載の血管装置。
