Description
Claims (19)
- コイル及び側壁を備える誘導子であって、前記側壁は、前記コイルを取り囲んでおり、前記側壁は、誘導鉄心の外側部分及び/又は遮蔽スリーブを備え、前記側壁は、前記コイルの電気的接続の通過を可能にする開口を備え、前記開口が、前記電気的接続が通過するところを除いて前記開口を充填する充填材料によって被覆されており、前記スリーブが、前記開口を備えており、前記スリーブが、ガスケットを受けるための、少なくとも1つのアンダーカット又は溝を備え、好ましくは、前記アンダーカット又は溝が、前記開口に近接近して位置付けられることを特徴とする誘導子。
- 前記側壁に含まれている前記開口が、前記側壁の軸方向に延びるスロットを備える、又はそれで構成される、請求項1に記載の誘導子。
- 前記スロットが、前記側壁の軸方向長の少なくとも50%に相当する長さに沿って延びており、好ましくは前記側壁の前記軸方向長の少なくとも75%に沿って延びており、更に好ましくは実質的に前記側壁の前記軸方向長に沿って延びており、最も好ましくは前記側壁の前記軸方向全長に沿って延びている、請求項2に記載の誘導子。
- 前記充填材が、弾力的である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記充填材には、ポリマー又はポリマー類の混合物、例えばゴム、シリコーン、及び/又はポリウレタンが含まれる、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記充填材が、前記開口に圧入されるように構成される、柔軟性を有する弾性要素である、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記充填材が、前記開口の中に充填されて、次いで硬化する硬化材料である、請求項1から3まで、又は5のいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記充填材が、概ね平面的な外面を画定する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記充填材の前記外面が、ガスケットを受けるための溝又は他の特徴を備える、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記誘導子が、前記誘導鉄心及び前記スリーブを備え、前記スリーブが、前記誘導鉄心を取り囲んでいて、好ましくは、前記スリーブの内面が、前記誘導鉄心の外面と接している、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記誘導子が、前記スリーブを備え、前記スリーブが、前記スリーブの外面から延びる熱放散構造物を備える、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記熱放散構造物が、前記スリーブの軸方向に延びていて、好ましくは実質的に前記スリーブの軸方向長に沿って延びており、より好ましくは前記スリーブの前記軸方向全長に沿って延びている、請求項11に記載の誘導子。
- 前記側壁の外面が、取付面を画定する平面断面を備える、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記側壁が、前記誘導子を外側物体に取り付けるための1つ又は複数の取付要素を備える、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記取付要素が、ボルトを受けるための1つ又は複数の軸方向チャネルを備える、請求項14に記載の誘導子。
- 前記取付要素が、1つ又は複数の軸方向に延びている、側方に開いたチャネルを備える、請求項14又は15に記載の誘導子。
- 前記側壁が、前記スリーブを備えており、前記誘導子が、前記端部を閉じるように、前記スリーブの端に取り付け可能な少なくとも1つの端板を備え、前記端板が、冷却流体が空洞を通って循環することを可能にする入口及び出口を有する前記空洞を備える、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子。
- 前記端板が、基礎構成要素及び蓋が一緒に前記空洞を画定するように、凹部の底面及び側壁を画定する前記基礎構成要素と、前記凹部の開口側を被覆するように構成される前記蓋要素とを備える、請求項17に記載の誘導子。
- 前記スリーブが、前記充填材によって被覆されている前記開口を備え、請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載の誘導子用遮蔽スリーブ。
