Claims (4)
- 液体が流入して貯留される貯留空間が形成されたケーシングと、
作動気体を前記貯留空間に導入する給気弁と、
前記貯留空間の作動気体を排出する排気弁と、
前記貯留空間に配置されたフロートを有し、該フロートが所定高位まで上昇すると前記給気弁を開弁すると共に前記排気弁を閉弁し、前記作動気体の圧力によって前記貯留空間の前記液体を圧送する圧送行程と、前記フロートが所定低位まで下降すると前記給気弁を閉弁すると共に前記排気弁を開弁し、前記作動気体を排出しながら前記液体が前記貯留空間に流入する流入行程とを実行する弁作動機構とを備えた液体圧送装置の状態判別装置であって、
前記貯留空間の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサの検出圧力に基づいて、前記液体圧送装置の作動状態が前記圧送行程か前記流入行程かを判別する判別部とを備えている
ことを特徴とする液体圧送装置の状態判別装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体圧送装置の状態判別装置において、
前記判別部は、前記圧力センサの検出圧力が所定量上昇してから所定量低下するまでは前記圧送行程であると判別し、前記圧力センサの検出圧力が所定量低下してから所定量上昇するまでは前記流入行程であると判別する
ことを特徴とする液体圧送装置の状態判別装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の液体圧送装置の状態判別装置において、
前記圧力センサは、前記貯留空間の気層部の圧力を検出する
ことを特徴とする液体圧送装置の状態判別装置。 - 液体が流入して貯留される貯留空間が形成されたケーシングと、
作動気体を前記貯留空間に導入する給気弁と、
前記貯留空間の作動気体を排出させる排気弁と、
前記貯留空間に配置されたフロートを有し、該フロートが所定高位まで上昇すると前記給気弁を開弁すると共に前記排気弁を閉弁し、前記作動気体の圧力によって前記貯留空間の前記液体を圧送する圧送行程と、前記フロートが所定低位まで下降すると前記給気弁を閉弁すると共に前記排気弁を開弁し、前記作動気体を排出させながら前記液体が前記貯留空間に流入する流入行程とを実行する弁作動機構と、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の状態判別装置とを備えている
ことを特徴とする液体圧送装置。
